Special Notice: A certified mechanic will professionally inspect all vehicles. All vehicles are equipped with an
emissions inspection. I will also provide an Experian Vehicle History Report on all vehicles before final purchase is
processed. All vehicles over 100mi away in distance will need to be transported through our towing services. Referrals
are greatly appreciated. Attached to this will be a Pre-Purchase Agreement Letter. Complete both in order to begin
