What is experience?
• Experience is a knowledge or skill of something or
some event gained through the involvement
For example :
• I am writing code in C# from last 1 year.
What is Experiential Learning?
• Experiential learning is the process of learning
through experiences
Example:
• Suppose a person involved in an activity looks
back and evaluates it, determines what was useful
or important to remember, and uses this
information to perform another activity.

Conclusion:
• Experiences can be good or bad. We enjoy good
experiences, but we feel sad in bad experience. The
problem is we do not learn anything from our
experiences. The message is, we should always learn from
our experiences whether it is good or bad.
