This system deals with use of one such wireless technology. The proposed system is a combination of hardware as well as software. The main idea of the project is to develop an electronic notice board which will display the content entered by user’s voice in his mobile phone. This in turn will reduce the paper consumptions and wastage of time involved in conventional notice board.
In speech controlled electronic notice board is very friendly to user and can operate merely from a distance of 10 meters(approx). Here, installed application operates on Voice recognition concept which will be embedded in a microcontroller interfaced with Bluetooth device. Bluetooth wireless technology helps in communication area, and is the fastest growing fields within the wireless technologies.
Now a day’s every advertisement is going to be digital. The big shops and shopping centers are using the digital moving displays now. The MOVING MESSAGE DISPLAY is use in school, college campus, universities, hospital and industries to scroll different events and important notices.
The aim of this project is to develop a wireless notice board that will be used at the faculty in order to display latest information.So we are designing a new display system which can access remotely, we are using the Wi-Fi technology, if the user wants to display some message, they will send the messages from mobile (i.e. wireless) or from their PC , the module (Wi-Fi router) in the display system will receive the message and update the display according to the message.

This is used to track the exact location of a vehicle using GPS tracking systems and give information about the position to concerned person through GSM via SMS.

The main objective of our project is to provide an optimum solution to the traffic hazards and the road accidents. According to this project when a vehicle meets with an accident, immediately vibration sensor will detect the signal and sends it to ARM controller. Microcontroller sends the alert message through the GSM MODEM including the location to police control room or a rescue team. So the police can immediately trace the location through the GPS MODEM after receiving the information.
Smart cameras capture high-level descriptions of a scene and perform real-time analysis of what they see. These low-cost, low-power systems push the design space in many dimensions, making them a leading-edge
application for embedded system research.
It prevents accident and alert nearest police station or hospital and it also controls the incoming calls and outgoing calls based on speed of the vehicle.
“IOT based smart irrigation system” is for to create an IOT base automated irrigation mechanism which turns the pumping motor ON and OFF pass command through IOT platform.
A collision prevention warning system is an automobile safety system which enables vehicles to identify the chances of collision and give visual and audio warning to the driver so that the driver can take necessary action to avoid `a collision.

This paper deals with the SMS based notice board incorporating widely used GSM SIM900 for displaying messages via user’s mobile . The main idea behind this paper is to provide the simple and flexible way for the user to display notices on the LED display through messages by using GSM SIM900. This GSM SIM 900 module will be used anywhere irrespective of the place where the network connectivity will be available. In this paper we are not only dealing with the SMS based notice board but also with the home appliances control with the help of ATmega 328 controller . With the help of this controller we are controlling home appliances like Fan and light with the help of the messages sent to GSM SIM900. The GSM SIM900 will receive the commands what we sent from the mobile and operation will perform accordingly.

The project aims at controlling lighting appliances ranging from industries to sub-urban homes using web-based application at the front end complemented by an end user application developed for the aimed location using ZigBee based network. The other networking technologies like Bluetooth and WiFi consume a lot more energy as compared to ZigBee and are costlier too. The project facilitates controlling lighting appliances in groups as well as individually. The color and density of the lights can also be changed. The quick access feature is provided by the predefined end-user definable presets. The other features include scheduling options, obtaining live feedback, receiving notifications and maintenance pop-ups, bill estimation, power consumption etc.

This paper proposes an Embedded Ethernet which is nothing but a processor that is capable to communicate with the network. This helps in data acquisition and status monitoring with the help of standard LAN. Currently device with processor is widely used in industrial field. The Embedded Ethernet provides web access to distributed measurement/control systems and provides optimization for instrumentation, educational laboratories and home automation. However, a large number of devices don't have the network interface and the data from them cannot be transmitted in network. A design of ARM Processor based Embedded Ethernet interface is presented. In this design, data can be transmitted transparently through Ethernet interface unit to remote end desktop computer. By typing the IP address of LAN on the ARM9 board, the user gets sensor values on the PC screen at remote station. This provides the status of the devices at remote field. The user can also control the devices interfaced to the ARM9 Board by pressing the button displayed on the GUI of the remote Desktop PC.

The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

1. Problem Definition
Notice Board is primary thing in any institution /

parks. But sticking various notices day-to-day is a difficult process. This
project deals with an advanced wireless notice board.
The main objective of
this project is to develop a wireless notice board that displays messages sent
from the user’s side. When a user sends a message from our website, it is
received by a SIM loaded GSM modem at the receiver unit.
2. Software Requirements Specification ( SRS )
i.) Introduction - This Application provides facility to sending message
from anywhere without internet or message sending from GSM modem.
Presently almost all electronic notice boards are designed using wired system. One
of the drawbacks of the design is the system is inflexible in term of placement. The
common notice board cannot be placed anywhere because of the messy wire. The
aim of this project is to develop a wireless notice board that will be used at the
faculty in order to display latest information.
ii.) Purpose- This wireless notice board project mainly focuses on
transmission of textual data through air interface by the use of GSM
through asynchronous serial communication. The data will be processed
by the microcontroller on both ends. The data will be displayed on LCD.
Actually what happens is, sending SMS through phone has become very popular
and if we can use this SMS to control devices and in displaying data. It is possible
to receive or decodethe SMS globally by using GSM, by the any part of world we
can controland display data on LCD board.

2. iii.) Scope - The main intention of this project is to display the latest
information on the notice board through an android application device by
entering the updated information to display on electronic notice board
with wireless technology.
The scrolling display board is a common display today for shopping malls, railway
stations, colleges, etc., for effective mode of providing information for the people,
but this is not easy for updating the messages instantly. This system is enhanced to
display the latest information through an Android application of smart/ tablet
phones.
iv.) Definitions, Acronyms and Abbreviations :
Admin (Administrator): He/she has the authority to add, delete
and update users.
J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition): It is a programming platform,
belonging to the Java platform,
HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol): It is a service protocol.
JSP (Java Server Pages): It is used to content dynamic web
content.

operating various hardware devices specified. User has known more
about android technology.
25. Result –
This is to conclude that the project that I undertook was worked upon with a sincere
effort. Most of the requirements have been fulfilled up to the mark and the
requirements which have been remaining, can be completed with a short extension.
The project made here is just to ensure that this productcould be valid in today real
challenging world. Here all the facilities are made and tested. Currently the system
works for limited number ofadministrators to work. In near future it will beextended
for many types of insurance policies so that efficiency can be improved.
