Wireless Electronic Notice Board Using Voice Recognition.With the advent of advance technology nowadays, the wireless communication is proving its importance in each and every field of today’s era. This system deals with use of one such wireless technology. The proposed system is a combination of hardware as well as software. The main idea of the project is to develop an electronic notice board which will display the content entered by user’s voice in his mobile phone. This in turn will reduce the paper consumptions and wastage of time involved in conventional notice board.
In speech controlled electronic notice board is very friendly to user and can operate merely from a distance of 10 meters(approx). Here, installed application operates on Voice recognition concept which will be embedded in a microcontroller interfaced with Bluetooth device. Bluetooth wireless technology helps in communication area, and is the fastest growing fields within the wireless technologies.
Notice Board is primary thing in any institution or organization or public utility places like bus stations, railway stations and parks. But sticking various notices day-to-day is a difficult process.

But sending various messages at a time becomes tedious process by using paper notices . In order to overcome the difficulties we are introducing SMS based notice board . This paper deals with the SMS based notice board incorporating widely used GSM SIM900 for displaying messages via user’s mobile . The main idea behind this paper is to provide the simple and flexible way for the user to display notices on the LED display through messages by using GSM SIM900. This GSM SIM 900 module will be used anywhere irrespective of the place where the network connectivity will be available. In this paper we are not only dealing with the SMS based notice board but also with the home appliances control with the help of ATmega 328 controller . With the help of this controller we are controlling home appliances like Fan and light with the help of the messages sent to GSM SIM900. The GSM SIM900 will receive the commands what we sent from the mobile and operation will perform accordingly.

Now a day’s every advertisement is going to be digital. The big shops and shopping centers are using the digital moving displays now. The MOVING MESSAGE DISPLAY is use in school, college campus, universities, hospital and industries to scroll different events and important notices.
The aim of this project is to develop a wireless notice board that will be used at the faculty in order to display latest information.So we are designing a new display system which can access remotely, we are using the Wi-Fi technology, if the user wants to display some message, they will send the messages from mobile (i.e. wireless) or from their PC , the module (Wi-Fi router) in the display system will receive the message and update the display according to the message.
This is used to track the exact location of a vehicle using GPS tracking systems and give information about the position to concerned person through GSM via SMS.

Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. • Voice is converted to data from the user’s android

• Remote operation is achieved by any smart-

4. ABSTRACT
Notice Boards are a common occurrence in variety of
institutions which we come across on a daily basis. In
the upcoming days, the notice/ advertisement boards
are being managed manually. There is a long process
involved in order to put up notices on the notice board.
This wastes a lot of resources like paper, printer ink,
man power and also brings about loss of time. In this
project, we have proposed a system which will enable
people to wirelessly transmit notices on a notice board
using microcontroller. We can also make the system
compatible with more than one wireless technology.
5. EMBEDDED SYSTEM
• Embedded system is a combination of computer software and
hardware along with the mechanical and electrical parts are
designed to perform certain task.

• It is easier to understand.

MICROCONTROLLER
The main idea of the voice operated electronic board show is
to point out messages and to regulate them by our own
voice.
Speech controlled electronic notice board has extra
advantage of simple use, User needs to formulate message
in his/her own voice to regulate it and displayed on electronic
notice board.
Voice recognition is finished within the android application.
User needs to install the application AMR_voice.
Bluetooth wireless technology is a technique having the
wireless a part of the communication channel; through which
utilized message have been transmit and receive knowledge

One of the most common devices LCD attached with
microcontroller ATmega16 is an LCD (Liquid Crystal
Display). It is compatible for screen display of notice
board. Here we have used 16x2compatible module,
having 16 pins including 2 pins for backlight. The
LCD is used to display with green background with
black text.

13. THEORY OF OPERATION
In this project, we interfaced ATmega16 microcontroller
with mobile phone Bluetooth application AMR Voice to
decode the received message and do the required action.
The protocol used for the serial communication between
the two is interfaced device command. The
microcontroller pulls the message received by phone,
decode it, recognizes the voice of the user , and then
displayed attached to its port to control the appliances on
LCD. After successful operation, displayed the notice on
the LCD.
15. WHAT IS
AN ANDROID APPLICATION
ON MOBILE PHONES?
• An android app is meant for phones with an android
based operating systems. They can be downloaded
from the android app Market which is pre-loaded on
every android phone.
• Blue control APP and Bluetooth Spp APP are some
examples.

17. FUTURE IMPROVEMENT
• The very effective improvement will be added is multilingual
display for this system.
• The alphanumeric LCDs carrying the limitation on size and
number of characters would be able to replace with large LED
boards.
• Robotics technology can be controlled in a similar fashion by
sending the commands to the robitics, After a display board
receives the valid message through the android application and
displays it.
• Interfaced devices can be added by programming to the
microcontroller to use different encoding decoding schemes as
per the embedded language, Achievable and targetable output
can also be obtained through graphical display.
18. CONCLUSION
• By introducing the concept of wireless technology in the Field of
the communication we can make our communication more
efficient and faster, with greater efficiency. We can display the
messages with less errors and maintenance. This system can be
used in college, school, offices, railway station and commercial
as well as personal used. The above technical project explains
how we can develop as well as modify voice control Android
based wireless notice board.
• The GSM based digital notice board system that has been in
practical use in various companies like in construction companies
and research areas, railways. Colleges. This system can avoid
paperwork, reduces human effort usage in definite purpose
areas.
