2. I would use immediate media company because
they distribute the pop genre. They also have
excellent distribution companies which cover many
different types media platform. Magazines that I
would produce also are good with tv and concerts.
This will be helpful to produce my artist. They have
many different genres of music within their
company. This would be good advertisement if the
artist did covers or featured on other albums. This
spreading the fan base further.
3. I found interscope records are a good company to
produce my record as it has success globally, particularly
in U.S and the UK. They own artist such as Black Eyed
Peas and Elton John. It is part of the TimeWarner
Company and so can be distributor over many different
platforms that they own. Since 1989 they have a chance
to open up their branches in most areas of media in the
industry. This means our magazine and artist would be
able to reach an international audience and as we have
particularly British themes we would appeal as British
culture is popular within the US. They produce magazines
within this company covering music and film. A popular
industry for an upcoming artist.
4. I think interscope would be a good
distributed/producer, as it belongs to one of the
biggest conglomerate companies in the business.
The huge umbrella of opportunities would mean
great success for my magazine not just in the UK
but in the US also. Based on my research I found
that this company would be the best to produce it
because the magazines they produce is varied in
subjects such as TV or movies etc. I find that my
magazine fits this genre covering different
celebrities and upcoming events etc.
