- 1. EVALUATION QUESTION 6 What have I learnt about technologies from the process of constructing my product?
- 2. Blogger: • When conducting my research i needed a place where i could store all my information safely and easily. I created a blog on blogger as it was free offers a lot of great things despite that. All my coursework and research has been posted to blogger.
- 3. Photoshop: • When creating a lot of my magazines conventions I used Photoshop. I did this as I already had a fairly wide knowledge on how to use a lot of its features but also learnt a few along the way. Photoshop offered everything I needed when creating my product. From image manipulation to repositioning text and information. Photoshop was my go to choice when creating my product.
- 4. Computer tech: • Of course to create all of this i used multiple different computers with different software and applications. I saved a lot of my work onto a USB stick so I could carry any working progresses over to different computers and not be limited to a certain area. This was very convenient and made the coursework a lot more manageable.
- 5. Camera: • All the images in my final product are my own so i had to take my own using a Nikon camera and studio. The camera allowed me to shoot extremely high quality and professional images and the white wall in the studio meant that any editing that needed to be done to my subject (e.g. Moving/ Manipulation) was simple and un noticeable. A lot of the time the white wall in the studio was a good enough background seeing as white was one of the colours in my colour scheme.
- 6. Prezi: • Whenever possible I would use the website Prezi to present my work on my blog. It gave me an interesting and different way of showing my research and answers to the reader. Simple and free!
- 7. Microsoft PowerPoint: • I also used PowerPoint as a simple way of presenting my coursework on my blog. The shape and availability meant that i could but pretty much any information i needed onto a PowerPoint. I could then convert it on a website called slideshare that allowed me to post the slideshows directly to my blog.
