2. The audience of our film is teens and adults aged 15+. Demographics groups A, B and C1. These include higher management workers, bankers and lawyers, middle management workers such as teachers and office supervisors such as nurses. The storyline is quite harsh and would not be suitable for a young child as it may cause disturbance and upset. The art house effect that we used creates mystery and unknown factors in the kidnapping which could prove to be a little difficult to understand-another reason why the intended audience is of the mature age.
3. This group of people would fit the audience of our product due to the fact that they would be able to relate themselves to the middle class family who feature in it. This is because this particular audience is also middle class due to their job titles and their lifestyle, meaning they would find this genre of film interesting.
4. Another group of people that our film is aimed at is the citizens of south England as they would be interested in seeing their home as part of a film on television.
5. This is Jenny, she is 28 years old and she is a teacher. Jenny enjoys watching soaps, mystery movies and art house films. She lives in a large house in the new forest, has a young daughter and has been married for 4 years. Therefore, our media product would appeal to Jenny.
