The student used a variety of new media technologies throughout the different stages of their media projects. During the research and planning stage, they were able to access resources like YouTube, Trailer Addict, IMDB, Wikipedia, and magazine websites from their computer to gather influences and information. For filming, they used the school's video camera and a tripod. Digital photography was used to take photos for the poster and magazine cover. Editing software like iMovie, Photoshop, and Garageband were used to edit the teaser trailer, poster, and magazine cover. Some challenges included poor audio quality on the video camera and limited lighting and title options, but the student was able to work around these issues.
