This document discusses evaluation, including its objectives, benefits, and levels. It explains that evaluation has benefits for both learners and trainers. Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation are explained: reactions, learning, transfer, and results. Level two evaluation would assess the presentations given by learners at the institute. Learners will evaluate each other's presentations and the instructor will provide evaluations as well. The evaluations will be reviewed to provide feedback and help improve future training programs.
