2. The front cover of my magazine is based on a
dark colour with a bright colour for the text
which will appeal to my target audience which
I know they are looking for as I asked them
related questions during my questionnaire.
The use of bright text through out my
magazine is hope to appeal to my target
audience therefore they purchase the
magazine. The use of black and bright text
allows the readers to identify with the genre
of the magazine.

audience, as its clear to read and
understand. My target audience wanted
my header to be very simple therefore I
keep it to their likings.
They key image on the front cover is easy
to spot that’s it’s a Indie genre, this will
appeal to the target audience as its eye
catching due to the colours I used.

4. The story line on my front cover is pretty simple, it doesn’t
need a lot of thought this will appeal to the audience I am
trying to reach.
The Double page spread written copy set a relaxed tone to the
magazine that I know my audience is bound to enjoy, exactly
like my contents page as its very simple and clear to read.

regulars are pretty easy to
identify in my contents page
as i presented it in a clear
format.
I included competitions, plus
extra and also links to pages
through images and page
numbers underneath. I knew
this would appeal to my
target audience as they
obviously enjoy reading indie
music magazine.

The layout of the double page spread is quiet
spreded out with eye catching pictures, so my
target audience don’t get tired on reading it as
they kept influenced by the images on my
double page spread.
