Out of this 3000 m2 is covered by buildings, 5000 m2 by
paved driveways and walks and 2000 m2 by Portland
cement streets. The remaining area is flat, heavy soil,

is 600 persons per Km2 and rate of water supply is 200
LPCD, and maximum intensity of rainfall is 40 mm/hour,
