they are given jobs through American factories. This process, though, is not always a fair one. Haiti
and China are both countries with bad labor regulations, usually by American influence, and this hurts
the welfare of these countries as a whole, the individuals in these countries, and the morality of
America. Dupuy (2014) writes that Haiti s people, trapped working in factories for cheap labor, are
faced with a hard life and various brutalities. Both adults and children must live these lives of horrible
situations where they have no other choice than to work at extremely low wages because of Haiti s
poverty levels. Whether they are sent away from their families to live in the city, in order to have a
better life, or they re born poor and go to the city to work everyday, these people do not live a good

Attending university for the time is an experience like no other. Many students go from being coddled

Drugs like anabolic steroids are some of the most common performance enhancing drugs used by
athletes. Victor Conte, the founder and president of BALCO, a sports nutrition center in California,
has been involved in several performance enhancing drug usage cases because of his company s
involvement in the making of performance enhancing drugs. After the notable suspension of Giants
star Melky Cabrera for having high levels of testosterone, Victor Conte said, As much as 50 percent of

According to the Mayo Clinic in an article on PEDs, Stimulants are drugs that can reduce fatigue,
suppress appetite, and increase alertness and aggressiveness. They stimulate the central nervous
system, increasing your heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and metabolism. (par. 6) Some
examples of these are amphetamines, ephedrine, and mesocarb. Amphetamines primarily help players
have a significantly greater level of alertness. This aids hitters who only have approximately 0.4
seconds to hit a pitch (efastball.com, par. 3). Ephedrine reduces fatigue in players, which can assist
players to have better strength, power, and speed. Mesocarb increases workload capacity and
cardiovascular function, and these are just three of the many stimulants baseball players, all of which
