Theme of the book: As the name of the book mentions Goal: ongoing improvement
but it just does not explain the goal and ongoing process to improve the system but
also talks about the theory of constraints. Constraints which we face in real life
situation. The main character in the book is Alex Rogo who is the manager of
manufacturing plant. His plant is one of the few plants which company operates.

After discussion with Jonah, he ought to think that what exactly he is trying to
achieve in his plant. Alex then goes though lot of brainstorming and comes to

My House lab Scenario.
For this coursework I have decided to perform a penetration testing against My House
lab , to evaluate and improve my WLAN Infrastructure security.
The scenario that I had examined is a WLAN Infrastructure Network using a Virgin
Media Super Hub (Netgear) , with more than 10 devices connected .
Looking on the internet about the router model I own I could make an interesting
discovery. I found an article written by an expert in computer security, Paul Moore,
dating back to March 2014(Paul Moore,2014). This guy, a year ago, had found a
flaw inside the super hub of VirginMedia. Indeed reboot the router took 1 minute to
start well, and in this minute for seven seconds was able to access the WiFi network
without the need for key. Fortunately Paul contacted the Virgin who in turn contacted
the Netgear to try to resolve the issue with the release of a new firmware.
Now the problem is resolved,however is an interesting issue happened, because
sometimes, our security depends not only on us and what we can do to protect it and
keep it. Sometimes there may be larger obstacles, as in this case an error of firmware
that we can circumvent but not eliminate (until the company responsible is not able
to patch it).

Critical Review The world population has grown and diversified causing a great
impact on economic and social life. This growth has influence language specialists
and teachers of ELT to have a different perspective on language learning and
language use. The growing changes in standardized English ask for a curriculum
reform and different ways for schools to meet the students needs. For those reasons
I will critically review the following articles, Opportunity and Diversity: The
Handbook for Teachers of English , created by the British Council in 2009. The
article Towards Intercultural Communicative Competence in ELT written by, Cem
Alptekin 2002 and The Future of English article , written by David Graddol 1997.
This review will put in perspective the different ideas on how to approach ELT in

Technique is very important for all musicians of all types, especially for Clarinet
players. Many of the techniques are vital for a great musician to understand. Things
such as embouchure, vibrato and tone effects are all things that are required by the
musician. I will be investigating the embouchure and how a correct one will
substantially increase your prowess as a woodwind, particularly clarinet, player. The
clarinet is a woodwind instrument that has a single reed mouthpiece. Johann
Christoph Denner invented the clarinet in Germany around the turn of the 18th
century by adding a register key to the earlier Chalumea. Having a correct
embouchure is vitally important to playing woodwind instruments.

degradation. The reversible degradation forms can be rectified by fully discharging
the cell and then recharging it. The irreversible forms of degradation vary depending
