Introduction For the enzyme experiment, I hypothesized that test tube number one would have the
greatest amount of product. My lab partners and I believed that number one would have the most
significant amount of product because it had the highest mL amount of the potato extract. The potato
extract is the enzyme of the investigation being used which is catecholase (Picture 4). The substrate in
the investigation is catechol (Picture 6), and the reddish brown product is called benzoquinone (Figure
2). Enzymes are proteins that help the speeding up of chemical reactions. Enzymes will never destroy
unless pH, salt, and temperature negatively affect it. When the enzyme is finished with one substrate,
it moves on to another one directly after. According to the lab manual by Pearson (2011), substrates
are the reactant molecules that are being changed by the enzyme. It is known that when the substance
is an enzyme, it ends in letters ase. Substrates and enzymes have a lock and key relationship with one
another. The key in the relationship is the substrate, and the lock in the relationship is the enzyme

Researchers have stated that if things were to change within the TV productions then maybe there
could be a change financially. There are many statistics that show that many shows and movies do not
seem to grow and researchers have stated that it could be because of the lack of diversity that many
people may get bothered by. However, the 25 movies with casts 21 to 30 percent Black/Latino/Asian
had by far the highest median global box office, at $160.1 million. The next highest median global box
office came from films with 11 to 20 percent Blacks/Latinos/Asians, at $75.5 million. The 88 films
with the least diverse casts had a median global box office of just $68.5 million (Lin). This shows that
if TV shows and movies were to change the racial diversity in their shows or movies that they could
possibly have a high positive effect instead of continuing not to grow. The research showed that with a
good amount of racial diversity there was a lot more money made than there was without so much
ethnicity. It was later shown in other statistics that there were more viewers who watched the show
when the diversity was more open up than when it was not. The highest rated broadcast dramas and
comedies, with a median household rating of 5.84, were shows with 41 to 50 percent

received $24,000,000 US dollars in 2014. Our findings suggest that aid, in the presence of sound
economic policy, does not contribute to growth in St. Lucia. However, this study does find statistical
evidence to suggest that democratic governance and openness and monetary policy does impact the
effectiveness of aid in St. Lucia.

The study experimented the employing of the template matching technique with a selected acoustical
features for the allocation of syllables with sharp boundaries. The proposed methods can manipulate
the explored features in two stages of decomposition to segment 2544 syllables from a sample size of

town in Oaxaca, Mexico, Juchitan has a high concentration of transgendered individuals as well as
gays and lesbians. The town is also known for its beautiful black pottery and traditional food.
Although Mexican culture is known for its machismo and patriarchy, it can be surprisingly liberal.
Mexico City allows gay marriage. However, Juchitan is the most tolerant city in the country when it
comes to gender issues and sexual orientation. The local name for a transgender person is a muxes,
which is a variation of mujer (woman). The muxes are not male or female, they are the third gender.
Many muxes do wear women s clothing but some do only on pageant nights and other special
occasions. The town of Juchitan has an annual transvestite of the year competition. Indigenous Aztec
