Verbatim Reflection
When I brought this verbatim to my supervisor and peers, I received affirmation and criticism that I
carried with me the rest of the summer. They named one of my main strengths that they saw show up
in this verbatim my ability to connect with people on a human level, to make people feel comfortable
and at ease in my presence. They saw this in how the patient felt comfortable sharing her struggles
concerning her hospital trip, but also about her daughter and her churches. To me, I did not see this as
anything special; I thought it was normal and natural to focus not only on what was happening in the
hospital, but on the patient s life more broadly I want patients to know that they are more than their
present illness, and that their present ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It opened the door to extend grace to myself, and to be aware of when my own fear and discomfort
was getting in the way of a pastoral visit. This awareness is not natural, but comes as a result of
reflecting both individually and with others.
Question 5: Impressions of Clinical Pastoral Education
The most significant learning experience I had from CPE was a shift from doing things perfectly, to
being a human to another human. When I started CPE, I was fearful I did not know what to do. The
scant few days of training and orientation seemed wholly inadequate for the task ahead I was
supposed to provide pastoral care? I was supposed to be a chaplain? Suddenly the vocation I had
dreamed of doing for so long was before me, and I was terrified of messing it up. The clinical method
of learning action, reflection, action seemed outrageous. I am a perfectionist, and I often want to know
the exact steps in the procedure; I want to know what to do to achieve optimal results. I was
immobilized by fear of failure. Our supervisor jokingly cajoled us with the phrase, Get lost! What
started as his best advice to navigating the confusing world of the hospital became advice in a much
broader sense. He emphasized that CPE was about getting lost and finding your way through, it was
about letting go of a theology of perfection to

The Dystopian In The Film Wall-E.
Wall E is a 2008 American computer animated dystopian comic science fiction comedy film directed
and co written by Andrew Stanton, produced by Jim Morris. Many of the characters in Wall E do not

corporatism, waste management, human environmental impact and concerns, obesity, and global
catastrophic risk. Wall E is a children s film with a surprisingly political twist if watched and

Advantages And Disadvantages Of The Medical Model
1. The medical model approach describes mental illness as a function caused by genetics that is passed
down to each individual. The medical model defines mental illness as a biological disease that is
caused by malfunctioning neurophysiological process. The DSM 5 is used in the medical model as a
classification system of psychological disorders to help the clinician diagnosis and treat mental
illnesses. There are strengths and limitations of focusing on the medical model and the use of the
DSM when working with clients. The strengths when working with clients on a medical model
perspective is that the use of the DSM provides a common language to use in the medical community.
The DSM provides reliability and structural guideline to each mental disorder. The structural
guidelines in the DSM provide an organized list of criteria and specifiers to help determine the
severity of the mental disorder. When diagnosing a client, there are many similar signs and symptoms
to each mental disorder; thus, the DSM provides the clinician information about differential diagnosis,
prevalence, possible co morbidity, age of onset, and progressive development of symptoms. Hence,
focusing on the medical model and using the DSM can be beneficial to both the client and the
clinician providing treatment. Nonetheless, there are limitations associated with the medical model
and the DSM. These limitations include focusing on the symptoms rather than focusing on other
factors in the

How Did The New Deal Help America
he new deal of the 1930s was seen as the radical action needed during the depression to help American
people and the American economy. However, some people criticised it for not being radical enough as
it didn t help all Americans. Roosevelt started off by introducing 15 acts in his first 100 days including
the alphabet agencies and the beer act. These acts and agencies were designed to help certain groups
of people but this meant that some were left out. This meant that Roosevelt was forced into producing
the second new deal which helped Americans in the late 1930s.
The first couple of acts were very important, first there was the emergency banking act which closed

Aztec Civilization
Aztecs, also called Mexica, is a Mesoamerican civilization that flourished around 1350. Tenochtitlan
is the capital of the Aztec empire built on the shores of Lake Texcoco. Aztecs were believed to be
nomads who came from the Toltec tribe. They wandered into the valley of Mexico around 1325 and
started to form villages. They dug canals, drained lakes and converted them into fertile fields. They
also built the beautiful city of Tenochtitlan. The Aztecs were known for human sacrifice, which was
associated to religious rituals. They believed that their gods sacrificed their own lives to sustain the
earth. In return, human blood must be sacrificed to the sun, moon, earth, and vegetation gods to
provide them nourishment to keep the nature and cosmos in balance (Benton DiYanni, pg. 325 326).
The Aztecs arose as the leading force in central Mexico taking the region s city states under their
power by the 15th century. They developed a sophisticated political, social, commercial and religious
organization. However, the Spaniards, led by the Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes defeated and
conquered the Aztecs in 1521.
The Aztecs highly regarded songs and poetry. During their festivals, they held poetry contests and
presentations that included musicians, acrobats, and players. Music and dance were also important
parts of their rituals and ceremonies. Nezahualcoyotl was one of their famous poets. His poetry
depicted the culture and values of the Aztecs. One example was his poem called

Decision Making Process Of An Organization
Heuristics that can assist the decision maker in speeding up the decision making process There are
various heuristics or methods that can speed up the decision making process of an organizations or the
decision maker for the company in a given framework. When the organization is working under the
global market, the methods to speed up the decision making process is extremely important for the
decision makers of the organizations. Defining the problems There can be two or more problems in an
organization when it is working under the influence of global market. It is the responsibility of the
decision makers to define the problems to the employees and let them the root cause of any problem
or issue that has arisen in the organization. In this way, the company will be able to take charge of the
situations well help the employees to make them understand where the problem lies in the
organization. The more properly the organization will be able to make the employees understand the
problem the more quick the decision will be made in the organization. It is up to the senior managers
to find a solution of the problem as well as make the employees come p with solutions regarding the
problem (33rd Annual Meeting of the Society of Medical Decision Making: 2011 Abstracts, 2012). In
this way, the company will have multiple options to solve a certain issue and decide quickly regarding
that can be done to solve a certain issue. Determining the requirement Every decision making process

Who Is Theodore Roosevelt A Good President
Throughout history we ve had 43 presidents serve in the United States. They ve all served differently,
come from different backgrounds and they ve all had different views like U.S. Citizens do. Not every
president is going to be liked or disliked by everyone. Some presidents stand out more than others for
their wise and foolheartedly decisions that they make in the position as president. As Citizens of the
United States we are entitled to give our opinions, peacefully, meaning we can give our opinions on
who we think is the best president. In my opinion Theodore Roosevelt is the greatest president to
serve in the United States.
Personally I believe a good president must have past political experience before becoming president.
They must have a good public opinion, having a good view for the United States, they must have a
good stance with foreign policy, and domestic affairs are all qualities a president must have.
As the 26th President, Theodore Roosevelt has exceptionally qualified for all of these main qualities
when it comes to being a good president for the United States of America. He had a political
background, before he was accepted to serve as the president. He was a Governor in the state of New
York City. For a short time Theodore Roosevelt attended a Law school in Columbia but then gave up
on that path for himself. After he was apart of the New York Assembly, but left this path soon after and

How do individual differences (e.g., personality, value,...
ANALYTICAL ESSAY How do individual differences (e.g., personality, value, perceptions, attitudes,
motivation and performance) affect team dynamics? The importance of groups and teams have
become a major focus in the business world today. Organizations have started to realize that the
evolution from an individual to a team management approach is a priority in present day. The reality is
that much of an organization s work is accomplished directly or indirectly through teams, which are
used as means of growing effectiveness and efficiency. Any organization is constantly changing and
evolving (Scarnati 2005). Naturally, group procedure and conflicts are influenced by the choice of
team member selection and directly impact required ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
By being open in a team, the other members will be able to communicate their ideas and be confident
about it. Conscientiousness refers to the degree to which a person is organized, systematic, punctual,
achievement oriented, and dependable. Conscientiousness is the one personality trait that uniformly
predicts how high a person s performance will be across a variety of occupations and jobs. This
personality trait makes it easier to work in a team and keep all members on board. Once they are hired,
conscientious people not only tend to perform well, but they also have higher levels of motivation to
perform, lower levels of turnover, lower levels of absenteeism, and higher levels of safety
performance at work. Extraversion is the degree to which a person is outgoing, talkative, sociable, and
enjoys socializing. Extraverts do well in social situations, and, as a result, they tend to be effective in
job interviews. Part of this success comes from preparation, as they are likely to use their social
network to prepare for the interview. (Roberts, B. W., Walton, K. E., Viechtbauer, W,2006). Extraverts
have an easier time than introverts do when adjusting to a new job. Moreover, they are not necessarily
model employees. For example, they tend to have higher levels of absenteeism at work, potentially
because they may miss work to hang out with or attend to the needs of their friends. Agreeableness is
the degree to which a person is affable, tolerant, sensitive,

Skid Row and the Safer Cities Initiative
The Safer Cities Initiative of Los Angeles was brought upon the city in late 2006 by Mayor, Antonio
Villaraigosa. The Initiative was primarily designed to remove the homeless and mentally ill citizens
from the isolated, 50 by 5 block, Los Angeles streets, known Nationally as Skid Row. In the end the
S.C.I. violated these citizens civil rights and failed to meet any set obligations and responsibilities.
Since the city of Los Angeles put this initiative into motion, the city then became responsible for these
people, as if they were the parent of these homeless children . You can t kick a homeless person off the
streets, they re homeless. So where do they go if they aren t allowed on the street? Where do the

There are several points that ostinato has been used in the film, and starting from (00:10:56), which is
the scene when Marion is packing her luggage. There are strings playing the upper linear line in high

those different layers of voicing. The scene followed this one, which starts around (00:13:02) also use

As I have discussed a little bit earlier that the instrumentation for this music scores, unlike traditional
orchestra music, it mostly uses strings. Even though there are no brasses and percussions (usually play
the lower register and bass melody) in the film, I think Bernard Herrmann used the strings in a way
that they are the whole orchestra. He used the double basses and cellos to play out the bottom line of
melody and the violins and violas to play the upper melody. He is using the string ensemble but
creates the sounding effect of a whole orchestra. As we discussed during class last week that most
composers back into that time prefer to use more neo romantic style music; however, this music score
definitely has nothing relate to romantic style. It is dissonant as I said before, and creates lots of
tensions but it does not resolve, and I feel like that is one big thing that makes it different from
classical music, and obviously, it applies many uses of atonality. Even at the beginning scene
(00:06:02) that when Marion spends her lunchtime with Sam, the music at there is not like typical love
theme music. People usually relate strings with love theme; however, I feel like the strings playing at
this scene do not tightly apply to the romance element in the film. Comparing to the music that
happens later, this one is not that dissonant, it is still unresolved at the

A New Year Of Youth Group
To be honest, I had nervous expectations coming into a new year of youth group because I had just
gotten out of an unsuccessful summer romance with a fellow sponsor that I volunteer at TIC with
every week. However, my fears were unnecessary; the added expectations of this internship helped me
focus less on the awkwardness of the failed relationship and focus more on my youth ministry efforts.
When I was a freshman sponsor, there was a Dordt senior sponsor who interned under the church and
was paid by the church for her work. I always felt the shame of being under my processor s shadow of
high expectations because I feel like I m not good enough to have New Life want to pay me. This may
sound bad, but I actually had low expectations for my practicum this semester. I didn t expect it to be
much different from the volunteering that I had already been doing with New Life for the past two
years. I expected the general blanket statements of the goals that all youth workers expect: being able
to grow in my relationships with students in order to help these teens grow in their relationship with
God. If I ve learned anything from my experiences, though, I ve learned that you can never really
expect anything in youth ministry. The biggest strength that I brought into the practicum was two
years of prior experience with this youth group, which gave me the advantage of already being
familiar with most of the people I worked with. I was given similar assignments and tasks by Ryan as

equal volume of root exudates in each petridish periodically. After 10 days the seedlings were
harvested. Then the effect of root exudates on the seed germination and seedling growth were studied.
The shoot and root length of the seedlings were measured in cm and recorded. Then the average shoot

Cause Of World War 1 Essay
Throughout history many people have argued over the cause of World War I, what many people state
as the cause of World War I is the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, on June 28, 1914.This
event may have been the final straw but there were so many events that were leading up to this that
have been ignored over the course of history. The imperialistic, territorial and economic rivalries that
had intensified over the year s added additional strain on the worlds affairs, countries clamored over
the space trying to secure their relationships with other countries and people usually by means of force
which was a major economic push factor for the leader of the countries to try and take over the nations

The Filipino Culture And Hypertension In The Philippine...
Hypertension is a disease that affects many people of different cultures. However, there are cultures
that have higher risks than others, such as Filipinos. The purpose of this paper is to briefly describe the
Filipino culture and their correlation with hypertension. It will discuss in further details the need to
integrate a plan for improvement as well as nursing interventions. Along with interventions, this paper
will include how the interventions will be evaluated and a way to implement a teaching lesson to
disseminate information regarding hypertension and its effect on Filipinos.
The Philippine Culture The foundation of the Philippine culture is a mixture of a variety of other
cultures that has a long standing history within the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One theory that contributed to hypertension amongst this culture group is stressors, especially when it
came to acculturation, which is an adaptation of a new environment in every aspect that includes
social, cultural, psychological and even political changes (Ursua et al., 2013). Another contribution to
hypertension within this culture is lack of knowledge, specifically when it comes to diet (Serafica
Angosta, 2016). Many recipes in the Filipino culture contain high sodium. Therefore, in addition to
consuming Filipino dishes, American diet, when not taken into consideration, can exacerbate the high
consumption of sodium and saturated fat which leads to hypertension as well. A nursing intervention
to help improve this health need within the Filipino American population is helping identify stressors
and ways to reduce them. As Ursua et al. found that stress is a factor of hypertension, especially
amongst Filipino Americans and their experience with migrating to the United States to provide for
their family back in the Philippines (2014). A nurse can help identify with the patient the stressors and
discover a realistic plan or coping mechanism to overcome them. Another intervention is patient
education such as teaching what is considered hypertension, how to check the

my thoughts were developed through the perception of the world, and the many interactions I faced

A gender role is a set of expectations dictating the types of behaviors, which are generally considered
acceptable, appropriate, or desirable for people based on their actual or perceived sex or sexuality.
Theories of gender role development can be further explained by Bandura s social learning theory and
Kohlberg s cognitive development theory. Bandura believed we learned gender roles by modeling the
actions of those in our environment. Watching, learning, and the imitation of others each describe
Babdura s social learning Theory. Kohlberg s cognitive development describes gender roles in three
stages preconvention, conventional, and post conventional.
#2Growing up with siblings of the same or opposite sex also affects gender typing. Living at home
with three older brothers was tough. Many of the activities I participated in were rarely ever gender
appropriate. With mixed gender in the household, we were assigned to do cross gender chores. The
boys usually always took out the trash, but we all worked together around the house to get things
done.
#3 While children are growing up, gender roles are highly defined by parents and teachers as well as
societal influences. Boys were taught to do boy things and girls are often taught to do girl things.
However, it is sometimes an uphill battle when these stereotypes are maintained by what children
encounter outside school, through the media, their own families or other influences of society.
Stereotyped ideas about what s suitable for boys or girls can limit children s opportunities to learn and
develop. Teachers can help create an environment that encourages children to think of themselves as
individuals, rather than editing their choices through a gender

Construction Of An Islamic Community Center At 51 Park Street
During the late summer of 2010, Sharif el Gamal was planning for the construction of an Islamic
community center at 51 Park Street. This community center would be in close proximity of the site of
the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center during 9/11. Many people argued that the community
center should not be built in such close proximity to the site of the attack. These people believed that
the construction of the community center would be insensitive to the those who mourned over the
deaths of loved ones. The land surrounding the attack is sacred to Americans. It is a site where people
may come and pay their respects to those who lost their lives in the attack. However, this site is not
only an important place to those who lost a loved one. The site is also important to the Islamic
community. Would denying the Islamic community the construction of the community center also
denies that the area surrounding Park 51 is not important to the Islamic community? The presence of
the Islamic community may cause some sensitivity to the 9/11 site. However, the sensitivity
surrounding the center must be overcome to help educate the public of the Islamic community. For
that reason, Sharif el Gamal should continue to construct the Islamic Center at Park 51 to help educate
those about the Islamic faith and to educate those who do not see the suffering that the Islamic
community experienced due to 9/11. Since the attack on the World Trade Center, Americans have been

Dual Enrollment
What are your future plans and how do you propose to achieve them?
Ever since I was a younger girl, I have always dreamed of becoming successful and accomplishing my
goals. All the way back in Elementary school, I would feel ecstatic for those days when my teacher
would bring out all the science laboratory materials. Hearing my teacher exclaim to all the curious
minded students, today we are conducted a science experiment would make me feel extremely
content. I ve always had a passion for science, I have big goals and aspirations towards becoming
successful in that field. After what seemed to be an incredibly long day for me at age eight, I would

Graduating from college will be one of the biggest accomplishments of my life, I would set a
milestone not only in my personal life but to my younger family members. I will feel remarkably
prideful for myself when I accomplish this because I know following my dreams and slowly
amounting to success was certainly possible. To attain these goals, scholarships and financial aid will
save me by a landslide. For my senior year, I decided to attend Valencia College through the Dual
Enrollment program which allowed me to get a head start in college by taking free courses and
receiving free book access. Dual Enrollment will ultimately be one of the best decisions I have made
as I am getting ahead and am getting closer to finishing my Associate s degree. By finishing my
Associate s at Valencia I will not only be saving myself money, I will be utilizing excellent Valencia
resources that will push me through my rigorous mathematical and science classes while still being
close to home and having my family s support. After Valencia, my plan is to transfer to University of

Anti-War In Ambrose Beirce s Chickamauga
Chickamauga by Ambrose Beirce is a story based on the theme of anti war. The author also adds a
sense of reality vs. fantasy in the story. The story is told from the point of view of a young child whose
character is associated with a race of people born to war and dominance as a heritage. As a result, the
child creates a wooden sword and pretends to fight off invisible enemies just like his ancestors did.
Unfortunately, the child is too young to understand the realities of war and he only associates war with
bravery. The perception of the young child throughout the novel isn t very reliable. Often times the
narrator would intervene and draw a contrast between the child s perspectives vs. an adult s
perspective. For instance, when the child

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Patents
1. The market reward rationale for the patent system is based on the ability of patents to reduce
transaction costs and serve as a transferable asset, thereby allowing for inventor to control the supply
of the technology, and for the technology to maintain competitive pricing in the marketplace and
recover costs of invention. Specifically, a patent allows for disclosure which prevents inventors from
overlapping efforts or from keeping the technology a secret, thereby reducing transaction costs and
making it easier to work with interested parties. The transferability of the patented technology further
eases collaboration and commercialization efforts, allowing inventors work with appropriate
companies who are well able to commercialize the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
If a company creates a new drug to treat a certain disease, for example, they can get a patent for it and
can charge supra competitive prices as they are the only market player, since the patent restricts other
competitors from manufacturing the same medication.
3. The Ex post rationale focuses on the economic functions of patents after they are granted, claiming
that the patent system incentivizes the technology to be constructively utilized, enhanced, and
commercialized post patent. In particular, this rationale holds that patents improve economic
efficiency (i.e. by reducing transaction costs, allowing for transferability divisibility, promoting
collaboration), allowing for a more efficient marketplace, and promoting investments in the patented
technology due to the chance of large rewards in the marketplace in return. For example, the
University of Illinois develops a significant amount of patented technology, including the Dry Grind
Corn Milling Process. The patent on this technology signifies to investors and other interested parties
in the important functions of the technology in terms of processing corn into more corn products, and
the fact that it was developed at a credited institution, initiating outside firms to invest in, enhance,
and commercialize the product, improving the technologies competitive edge in the marketplace. The
University of Illinois similarly has an incentive to ensure that the technology is productively

Ostrom s Privatization Definition
Overall, Ostrom is critical of Hardin s approach in dealing with over exploited common resources
such privatization and government regulation. She is critical of the inflexibility of Hardin s model and
its pessimistic outlook for the future (Ostrom et al., 1999). Moreover, it has become evident that
common pool resources, such as overfishing, are difficult to address. Ostrom, argues that for the past
two decades the approaches taken to address common pool resources, many following Hardin s
model, have not been successful in addressing negative externalities and in some cases have induced
further damages (Ostrom,2008). One of the arguments Ostrom would make would be against
privatization and government regulation of fisheries. Ostrom, makes clear that privatization of open
access resources is often inefficient (Ostrom et al., 1999). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Privatization would address these issues on a broad scale with standard regulations that would not take
into consideration underlying conflict experienced by the poorer users of the common resource
(Ostrom et al., 1999). Instead, management of these resources should be site specific, where some
fishery communities would benefit from self organized monitoring and implementation (Ostrom et al.,
1999). For instance, the government intervention for northern cod in Canadian waters had a
disproportionate impact on local fishers, who established local rules, yet government intrusion caused
a collapse to the fishery market and outside fishers didn t suffer the consequences as heavily as the
locals, causing higher poverty rates and unemployment (Ostrom,

Active Shooter
Active School Shooter Introduction The intention of this paper is to look at and present some issues
and strategies that members of a school community think about when trying to create safer schools.
Particularly when addressing an active shooter in a school setting. A major issue to consider when
trying to keep all schools safe, is the simple fact that no two schools are the same. Understanding this
can lead us to the conclusion that it is impossible to have one global plan or program that can be 100%
effective in all schools. Violence prevention programs work best when they incorporate multiple
strategies and address the full range of possible acts of violence in schools. For any set of policies to
work, it must be established and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It would be a wise idea for school administrators to have a comprehensive security assessment of the
school s physical design, safety policies, and emergency procedures. Once again this must be
conducted with the cooperation of school staff, emergency personnel, students, and other school
community members. Every school has different needs and safety plans may vary. According to the
IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police), there are twenty recommended actions that can
be used to prevent violence in a school setting. 1. Use school resource officers (SROs) who may be
provided by local law enforcement. SROs often provide law enforcement, law related counseling, and
law related education to students, faculty, and staff. Continuity of officers in individual schools should
be encouraged, so that students and SROs develop a rapport. 2. Consider seeking one or more
probation officers for use on campus to help supervise and counsel students. This would be especially
appropriate for high schools with a significant caseload of juveniles on probation. 3. Use trained
personnel paid or volunteer selected specifically to assist teachers and administrators in monitoring
student behavior and activities. Continuity of monitors within schools should be encouraged to
facilitate good rapport with students. Monitors should be trained on the different types of violence

The Negative Impact Of Social Media
The advent of technology has transformed the world into a global village where information is easily
accessible. Many say that social media negatively affects how people get their news, but it is clear that
social media has influenced news distribution and access, especially breaking news. Social networks,
online publishing, and search engines have reduced the production and distribution of information.
The approach is cheap and has a wider audience compared to the traditional means of news coverage.
Social networks have transformed the relationship between the mainstream media and blogs (Harner).
The mainstream media have adopted social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, and blogging.
Social media can add a positive aspect to the individual s life, as it raises issues that affect society,
enhances life, and provides moral support. Matthew Arnold says that journalism is literature in a
hurry, as social media such as Facebook and Twitter has quickened news delivery (Anderson). Social
networks are relied on by society in delivering breaking news, uniting society, and sharing the plight
that befell the people. Moreover, people can get the news on their electronic gadgets such as mobile
phones, tablets, or laptops, which are convenient, unlike TVs and newspapers. Communication is
dynamic and evolving. In essence, social networking is the best mechanism that people use in news
delivery. The social networking sites enhances communication and conversation among the users.

The Discrimination Of African Americans
A nation with an infinitely diverse population, such as America, contains many minorities, but being a
minority in A country has set backs. Being a minority comes with stereotypes and prejudice; although
the majority faces prejudice too, it may not be as prevalent as prejudice towards the minority. Equality
in America is on the rise, but most minorities face problems that they faced years ago. African
Americans, Latinos, Asians, Native Americans, and Cajuns have struggled in different ways while
residing in the United States of America. African American people have made many strides in
American culture. They faced equality issues, enslavement, yet the culture still deals with prejudice

income and employment rates are steadily on the rise (Desilver) . African American s tend to move up

and discrimination, they are not the only minority group to experience these issues. The Latino
population in the United States of America continues to rise at a steady rate, but the minority faces
extreme discrimination, for example, there are many subcultures within the Latino culture, but one
may call all Latinos in America Mexicans. The United States government even created the term
Hispanic to provide a name for a diverse population from the Spanish speaking culture (Carteret).
According to the United States Department of Justice Hispanic is a race, but the Bureau of Census

third largest Hispanic population in America. Even though all three of these countries speak Spanish,

Euripides Impiety And Atheism
The emergence of impiety during the fifth century Athens was by no least a coincidence. In 430 BCE
the Peloponnesian War began where the powerful Athenian state desperately tried to grip onto the
lands they once controlled through the Delian League, as the Spartans defeated them in a costly war
with the price of Athenian lives and pillaged homes. Athens not only had to deal with the enemies
outside on the borders of their territory but had to endure through a deadly plague that inflicted death

The Angry Black Man Analysis
The Angry Woman, The Angry Arab, The Angry Black Man. These are labels given to people in today
s society who for speaking out on injustice in the world. Is this fair? Are these individuals out of line
for getting angry at injustice? To explore this topic we will take use an example from Nora Berenstain
s essay Epistemic Exploitation, of a woman named Summer who believes her department of
Philosophy had sexist biased in the decision to reward fellowships to only male graduate students. She
also points out the department is known for covering up issues of sexual harassment and harboring
perpetrators of sexual harassment, some of which she has personally experienced. When confiding in a
male cohort, Dean, he says her accounts are a misrepresentation of the department, and that there are,
only a few bad apples . Likewise, he minimizes Summer s points and says she is just upset that she did
not win a fellowship from the department. If Summer were to at this point get angry at the situation,
she would be justified in her anger because of her perspective in the situation, and Dean as a member
of the oppressor group is in the wrong for trying to discredit and perpetuate the gender oppressive
environment. To begin, we should discuss two opposing views on the aptness of anger. A classic stoic
argument on anger comes from the first century roman philosopher Seneca, in his book On Anger. In
his first extract of his book Seneca describes how anger is uncontrollable and therefore useless
(Seneca, 101). To support this, in the second extract, Seneca rebukes the argument that anger can be
used as motivation, by stating that he believes virtue and moral outrage at injustice can provide
enough motivation to make change (Seneca, 103). Further, in his third extract, Seneca argues that
anger should not be used as motivation because he believes the very nature of anger is precarious,
therefore untrustworthy. Rather, humans have been equipped with reason for both foreseeing issues,
and to use as motive for change (Seneca, 104). Thus, Seneca says gaining control and overcoming
ones emotions is the only way to live a productive in making change to moral injustice in the world.
In contrast to Seneca, Amia Srinivasan has an

I Am A Candidate For Aas s Accounting At St. Paul College...
I am a candidate for AAS in Accounting at St. Paul College and University in Minneapolis, Minnesota
for a full degree in accounting. It is my long term goal to be a financial consultant. Nowadays, the
business world is changing at a faster and faster pace. The reasons for this faster pace are globalization
, information technology, and the faster pace in technological change. The role of IT has shifted over
the last decades to become an important part of how firms manage and control their resources. As the
result, IT plays a critical role in accounting. IT is the platform for accounting data and it allows certain
sophisticated queries to be performed though, IT clearly plays an important role in accounting
functions. The impact of IT in firms is broad and manifested in the most varied ways in the integrated
systems, which includes ERP systems, internet, intranet, and so on, walk hand in hand with the firm

However, the constant growing and changing field of IT has had an important impact on all levels of
the firm s organization. In this context, the term information management has emerged as the most
common name. As rue result, management information systems were developed to support the new
role of accountant. This new role forced accountants to become the interpreter of information and to

Causes And Consequences Of The Great Recession
CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE GREAT RECESSION The most recent four years of the
turbulent financial execution brought up a larger number of issues than gave answers about reasons for
the Great Recession of 2008 2009. Most business analysts are faulting the land business sector
breakdown and the tailed it budgetary emergency as fundamental driver of the Recession. Be that as it
may, the genuine macroeconomic reason was the change of the national macroeconomic approach
from the Demand backing to Supply bolster methodology amidst 1980s. In this article I am going to
discuss the reasons of the Great Recession and its results. The monetary methodology before 1980 s
has been based on the thoughts of the full job and the wages development as the consequence of the
development of profitability. The full vocation and the wages development have empowered the
increment in the interest for merchandise and administrations. That development has affected the
increment in the supply and has invigorated the organizations to put into new innovations encouraging
the further development of efficiency. The stagflation of 1970 s truly harmed this methodology. In
1980 s the Keynesian model of the monetary development, which depends on the backing of the
development of Aggregate Demand, has been supplanted by the neo liberal model of financial
development based upon the backing of the development the Aggregate Supply. Increment sought

Visual
The visuals in this print ad meets the criteria of the four powers. Seeing a young woman with blue hair
is uncommon, so it creates stopping power. It s intriguing enough to make someone want to peruse the
rest of the ad. Once you read the headline, it s easy to understand that Buick is trying to appeal to a
younger market by showing that someone in their demographic is driving this car. Perhaps, the fact
that she is wearing glasses could allude to the idea that a smart, young person made the decision to
purchase this type of car. Also, because she is wearing a stylish necklace and bracelets, instead of a
choker and black spiky jewelry, she seems to be a trendsetter with class, not just a punk rock chick
that is trying to rebel against society.
This car brand has probably been perceived as only being driven by an older crowd. The ad could be
appealing to someone in the younger crowd because they might be able to relate to the young woman
driving the Buick. Locking power is achieved because the image of a young woman with blue hair is
memorable. Someone who sees someone else with colored hair or maybe even someone that is a little

An Efficient Way Transmit Codes
Throughout time the need for an efficient way transmit codes were essential to success, after World

Empowering Your Organization
Empowering Your Organization
Introduction
Organizations are about people. People are the most valuable asset that an organization can possess to
create success. The development of these people and the ability for an organization to retain talent can
be complex. An organization must be organized to communicate and provide the structure necessary
for growth and development. They must also have the people within the organization understand their
ability to grow and the directions available within the organization for growth.
In the industrial age a company was primarily there to provide goods and serves. Many organizational
behaviorists at that time focused on getting the most production from the employee. ... Show more

A great example of this is in losing weight many people choose to go on a quick fix diet plan. This is a
wonderful way to reduce the weight in the short term but the person eventually returns to their
previous weight. Change must come from the inside through long term changes in the way that they
think about food and the long term change in diet.
When an organization has the symptoms of disempowerment it is not just from the inability of the
individuals internally but from a dysfunctional mindset within the organization. Therefore the
organization must perform a metamorphose to change the structure of the company and the mindset of
the individuals and management.
There are six values that are an essential part of the framework necessary for change within an
organization. These six values are self responsibility, authentic communication, trust, learning and
growing, interpersonal process skills and caring.
When looking at an organizational level of self responsibility the empowering organization has
individuals that take responsibility for their jobs, team and organization being the way that they need it
to be. This is the opposite of the mindset of victimization and an understanding that changes comes
from each individual within an organization.
If an organization promotes authentic communication it is obvious through

The Thompson Paternal Ancestors
This paper summarizes the ancestral immigartion of my primary paternal ancestors. The Thompson
surname in itself traces its roots back to Reverend William Thompson (abt. 1598 to abt 1666). Within
this paternal lineage are the surnames Willis, Meade, and Stevenson. Reverend William Thompson
The exact lineage of Reverend Thompson has not clearly been established through primary sources
and was only correlated when a series of 128 chromosone paternal DNA tests showed exact matches
with two difinitively known direct male descendents. I am related to Reverend Thompson by way of
Gary Thompson; James Thompson, William Thompson, William Thompson, Green Thompson, Joseph

Why I Want To Become A Nail Technician
Growing up in a single parent household can be tough in terms of pleasing your parent. You re not
able to go and get a second opinion from another parent when making decisions. If he/she doesn t
agree with your decision it leaves a bad taste in your mouth because you don t want to disappoint
him/her. My mother probably expected me to graduate college with my associate s degree and land a
job at IBM. Introducing the idea of me becoming a nail technician to her was nerve wrecking. I
expected rejection followed by a lecture about what would be a better career path for me. Surprisingly
after explaining to her why I chose the beauty industry, my long term goals, and how nail care will pay
a role in my future career she was just as excited as I ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Kalea from k_bossnails, who is not only a celebrity nail stylist but an instructor, changed my way of
thinking. Since I followed her on Instagram and snapchat I ve been inspired and it motivated me to
start my own career. It s amazing how much expression can be put into a full set of nails. Nails have
become a part of a female s wardrobe. Everywhere I go someone compliments my nails and my nail
selfies always receive a lot of likes. I m on social media every day and I keep up with the latest trends.
It s only right that I join the beauty industry.
Not only am I surrounded by beauticians but a few of them are successful salon owners. I too hope to
own a nail studio. I didn t just choose to be a part of this industry but I set goals for myself once I
receive my license. Before I become a salon owner I have to prepare myself for the responsibility that
comes with it. One of my friends offered me a position at her salon after I obtain my certificate. This
is the perfect opportunity because I ll be able to see firsthand the responsibilities of being an owner,
and I will still get the experience of paying booth rent. I notice that the nail salons in my area rarely do
promotions. At my friend s salon not only do the beauticians have promotions, but they offer packages
for the clients. We talked about adding manicures to the packages which could build my clientele. I d

Strawberry And Chocolate Comparative Essay
Both Strawberry and Chocolate and Amores Perros deal with the different roles of men and
masculinity in the Latin American society. They depict men in different roles from the aggressive role
to the hopeless romantic role. They each show different forms of masculinity and what these different
roles signify in Latin American society. There are many narrative differences in these two films and
those differences effect how the point of the films get across. First, starting with Strawberry and
Chocolate or (Fresa y chocolate). This film takes place in Havana, Cuba in 1979 during the Castro

those around him and is seen as a leader. In the second story of Daniel and Valeria, Daniel is upper
class who left his wife and kids for a model. He buys her a new apartment. She goes to get wine to
celebrate and that is how she ends up in the path of the car crash. This causes her to lose her leg and
her career. Daniel is first seen as a caring family man although that changes when we find out he is
having an affair. This affair defines his masculinity however because he is doing what is a stereotype
of most upper class men. He is trading up and getting himself a younger, hotter trophy wife. He is still
however shown in a caring way because he cooks for Valeria and takes care of her after she loses her
leg although her appeal is gone. His masculinity starts spiraling down and he is conflicted after

MacBeth starts imagining things and little by little he starts being crazy. He starts talking to himself in
which in one of the times he talks to himself he says False face must hide what the false heart doth

someday this will make him do things that he will repent of. One of his biggest mistakes was killing
his best friend because of jealousy towards his kid. Which the prophecy said that he would be king.
This kill brings madness towards him which makes him weaker in power. Porfirio Diaz had also some
mistakes while being in power. He was really intelligent enough buy having an alliance with the rich
people. He used his power and money to maintain the people with more power happy. But he forgot
about the biggest percentage of the population in Mexico. He stayed in power through deft
manipulation of the powerful elements of Mexican society, giving each just enough of the pie to keep
them happy. Only the poor were excluded entirely. (ThoughtCo) Buy excluding the poor entirely he

Why Did Odysseus Change With Telemachus
Homer s first four books of the epic poem The Odyssey, translated by Robert Fagles, introduces a
seemingly weak boy struggling with his identity, who goes on a journey to find his missing father.
During his 20 year absence, the legendary Greek king of Ithaca, Odysseus, is absent in parenting his
son Telemachus. Telemachus is deeply affected by his fatherless upbringing, and thus suitors take
advantage of Odysseus s absence, infesting Odysseus home, eating away his legacy, while attempting
to steal away his wife, Penelope. Telemachus fails to act on his authoritative responsibilities on his
father s behalf. Telemachus was never raised with the proper skills to become a leader, leaving him
helpless in the face of danger of his kingdom. However, Telemachus character ... Show more content

Patient Cloning System
Electronic health records (EHRs) are becoming more common among health care facilities every day.
They are intended to increase both the quality and usefulness of documentation (AHIMA Work Group,
2013). There are many features that make EHRs user friendly and can decrease work time for
clinicians. However, some of these same features, if not used properly, can cause a decrease in the
integrity of the record. It is important that providers are aware of these risks and are educate on using
the computerize records properly.
Copy/paste, or cloning is a very common feature of a computerized heath record that bot enhances the

By removing old documentation, the chart is being altered incorrectly. However, if the information is
not removed, the current instructions given to the patient are inaccurate and puts the patient at risk. To
rectify this situation, I believe the discharge documentation in our system needs to be totally
revamped. Each set of discharge instructions should be unique to that specific visit. Old information,
accurate or inaccurate, should not be taken from previous visits for the current visit. The pulling of old
information should be an option for the user, not something that automatically happens. I believe this
needs to be brought to the attention of our IT staff as soon as possible so the records can stop being
inaccurately changed, but most of all for our patient s safety. Giving patients the incorrect information
upon discharge can cause great harm. People don t always here what their provider says, so the refer to
the instructions when they get home. If they see an old medication, they may think that they must have
missed the doctor telling them to take. Rather than calling for clarification, they may inadvertently
start taking a mediation that is not necessary or that could interact poorly with a current

They named one of my main strengths that they saw show up in this verbatim my ability to connect with people on a human level, to make people feel comfortable and at ease in my presence. They saw this in how the patient felt comfortable sharing her struggles concerning her hospital trip, but also about her daughter and her churches. To me, I did not see this as anything special; I thought it was normal and natural to focus not only on what was happening in the hospital, but on the patient s life more broadly I want patients to know that they are more than their present illness, and that their present ... This awareness is not natural, but comes as a result of reflecting both individually and with others. Question 5: Impressions of Clinical Pastoral Education The most significant learning experience I had from CPE was a shift from doing things perfectly, to being a human to another human. When I started CPE, I was fearful I did not know what to do. The scant few days of training and orientation seemed wholly inadequate for the task ahead I was supposed to provide pastoral care? I was supposed to be a chaplain? Suddenly the vocation I had dreamed of doing for so long was before me, and I was terrified of messing it up. The clinical method of learning action, reflection, action seemed outrageous. I am a perfectionist, and I often want to know the exact steps in the procedure; I want to know what to do to achieve optimal results. I was immobilized by fear of failure. Our supervisor jokingly cajoled us with the phrase, Get lost! What started as his best advice to navigating the confusing world of the hospital became advice in a much broader sense. The medical model defines mental illness as a biological disease that is caused by malfunctioning neurophysiological process. The DSM 5 is used in the medical model as a classification system of psychological disorders to help the clinician diagnosis and treat mental illnesses. There are strengths and limitations of focusing on the medical model and the use of the DSM when working with clients. The strengths when working with clients on a medical model perspective is that the use of the DSM provides a common language to use in the medical community. The DSM provides reliability and structural guideline to each mental disorder. The structural guidelines in the DSM provide an organized list of criteria and specifiers to help determine the severity of the mental disorder. When diagnosing a client, there are many similar signs and symptoms to each mental disorder; thus, the DSM provides the clinician information about differential diagnosis, prevalence, possible co morbidity, age of onset, and progressive development of symptoms. Hence, focusing on the medical model and using the DSM can be beneficial to both the client and the clinician providing treatment. Nonetheless, there are limitations associated with the medical model and the DSM. These limitations include focusing on the symptoms rather than focusing on other factors in the ... However, some people criticised it for not being radical enough as it didn t help all Americans. Roosevelt started off by introducing 15 acts in his first 100 days including the alphabet agencies and the beer act. These acts and agencies were designed to help certain groups of people but this meant that some were left out. This meant that Roosevelt was forced into producing the second new deal which helped Americans in the late 1930s. Aztecs were believed to be nomads who came from the Toltec tribe. They wandered into the valley of Mexico around 1325 and started to form villages. They dug canals, drained lakes and converted them into fertile fields. They also built the beautiful city of Tenochtitlan. The Aztecs were known for human sacrifice, which was associated to religious rituals. They believed that their gods sacrificed their own lives to sustain the earth. In return, human blood must be sacrificed to the sun, moon, earth, and vegetation gods to provide them nourishment to keep the nature and cosmos in balance (Benton DiYanni, pg. 325 326). The Aztecs arose as the leading force in central Mexico taking the region s city states under their power by the 15th century. They developed a sophisticated political, social, commercial and religious organization. However, the Spaniards, led by the Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes defeated and conquered the Aztecs in 1521. The Aztecs highly regarded songs and poetry. During their festivals, they held poetry contests and presentations that included musicians, acrobats, and players. Music and dance were also important parts of their rituals and ceremonies. Some presidents stand out more than others for their wise and foolheartedly decisions that they make in the position as president. As Citizens of the United States we are entitled to give our opinions, peacefully, meaning we can give our opinions on who we think is the best president. In my opinion Theodore Roosevelt is the greatest president to serve in the United States. Personally I believe a good president must have past political experience before becoming president. They must have a good public opinion, having a good view for the United States, they must have a good stance with foreign policy, and domestic affairs are all qualities a president must have. ANALYTICAL ESSAY How do individual differences (e.g., personality, value, perceptions, attitudes, motivation and performance) affect team dynamics? The importance of groups and teams have become a major focus in the business world today. Organizations have started to realize that the evolution from an individual to a team management approach is a priority in present day. The reality is that much of an organization s work is accomplished directly or indirectly through teams, which are used as means of growing effectiveness and efficiency. Conscientiousness refers to the degree to which a person is organized, systematic, punctual, achievement oriented, and dependable. Conscientiousness is the one personality trait that uniformly predicts how high a person s performance will be across a variety of occupations and jobs. This personality trait makes it easier to work in a team and keep all members on board. Once they are hired, conscientious people not only tend to perform well, but they also have higher levels of motivation to perform, lower levels of turnover, lower levels of absenteeism, and higher levels of safety performance at work. Extraversion is the degree to which a person is outgoing, talkative, sociable, and enjoys socializing. Extraverts do well in social situations, and, as a result, they tend to be effective in job interviews. Part of this success comes from preparation, as they are likely to use their social network to prepare for the interview. (Roberts, B. W., Walton, K. E., Viechtbauer, W,2006). Extraverts have an easier time than introverts do when adjusting to a new job. Moreover, they are not necessarily model employees. As I have discussed a little bit earlier that the instrumentation for this music scores, unlike traditional orchestra music, it mostly uses strings. Even though there are no brasses and percussions (usually play the lower register and bass melody) in the film, I think Bernard Herrmann used the strings in a way that they are the whole orchestra. He used the double basses and cellos to play out the bottom line of melody and the violins and violas to play the upper melody. He is using the string ensemble but creates the sounding effect of a whole orchestra. As we discussed during class last week that most composers back into that time prefer to use more neo romantic style music; however, this music score definitely has nothing relate to romantic style. A gender role is a set of expectations dictating the types of behaviors, which are generally considered acceptable, appropriate, or desirable for people based on their actual or perceived sex or sexuality. Bandura believed we learned gender roles by modeling the actions of those in our environment. Watching, learning, and the imitation of others each describe Babdura s social learning Theory. Kohlberg s cognitive development describes gender roles in three stages preconvention, conventional, and post conventional. #2Growing up with siblings of the same or opposite sex also affects gender typing. In particular, this rationale holds that patents improve economic efficiency (i.e. by reducing transaction costs, allowing for transferability divisibility, promoting collaboration), allowing for a more efficient marketplace, and promoting investments in the patented technology due to the chance of large rewards in the marketplace in return. For example, the University of Illinois develops a significant amount of patented technology, including the Dry Grind Corn Milling Process. The patent on this technology signifies to investors and other interested parties in the important functions of the technology in terms of processing corn into more corn products, and the fact that it was developed at a credited institution, initiating outside firms to invest in, enhance, and commercialize the product, improving the technologies competitive edge in the marketplace. • 26. Ostrom s Privatization Definition Overall, Ostrom is critical of Hardin s approach in dealing with over exploited common resources such privatization and government regulation. She is critical of the inflexibility of Hardin s model and its pessimistic outlook for the future (Ostrom et al., 1999). Moreover, it has become evident that common pool resources, such as overfishing, are difficult to address. Ostrom, argues that for the past two decades the approaches taken to address common pool resources, many following Hardin s model, have not been successful in addressing negative externalities and in some cases have induced further damages (Ostrom,2008). One of the arguments Ostrom would make would be against privatization and government regulation of fisheries. For instance, the government intervention for northern cod in Canadian waters had a disproportionate impact on local fishers, who established local rules, yet government intrusion caused a collapse to the fishery market and outside fishers didn t suffer the consequences as heavily as the locals, causing higher poverty rates and unemployment (Ostrom, ... Active Shooter Active School Shooter Introduction The intention of this paper is to look at and present some issues and strategies that members of a school community think about when trying to create safer schools. Particularly when addressing an active shooter in a school setting. A major issue to consider when trying to keep all schools safe, is the simple fact that no two schools are the same. Understanding this can lead us to the conclusion that it is impossible to have one global plan or program that can be 100% effective in all schools. Violence prevention programs work best when they incorporate multiple strategies and address the full range of possible acts of violence in schools. According to the IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police), there are twenty recommended actions that can be used to prevent violence in a school setting. 1. Use school resource officers (SROs) who may be provided by local law enforcement. SROs often provide law enforcement, law related counseling, and law related education to students, faculty, and staff. Continuity of officers in individual schools should be encouraged, so that students and SROs develop a rapport. 2. Consider seeking one or more probation officers for use on campus to help supervise and counsel students. This would be especially appropriate for high schools with a significant caseload of juveniles on probation. 3. Use trained personnel paid or volunteer selected specifically to assist teachers and administrators in monitoring student behavior and activities. Many say that social media negatively affects how people get their news, but it is clear that social media has influenced news distribution and access, especially breaking news. Social networks, online publishing, and search engines have reduced the production and distribution of information. The approach is cheap and has a wider audience compared to the traditional means of news coverage. Social networks have transformed the relationship between the mainstream media and blogs (Harner). The mainstream media have adopted social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, and blogging. Social media can add a positive aspect to the individual s life, as it raises issues that affect society, enhances life, and provides moral support. Matthew Arnold says that journalism is literature in a hurry, as social media such as Facebook and Twitter has quickened news delivery (Anderson). Social networks are relied on by society in delivering breaking news, uniting society, and sharing the plight that befell the people. Moreover, people can get the news on their electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, tablets, or laptops, which are convenient, unlike TVs and newspapers. Communication is dynamic and evolving. • 31. The Angry Black Man Analysis The Angry Woman, The Angry Arab, The Angry Black Man. These are labels given to people in today s society who for speaking out on injustice in the world. Is this fair? Are these individuals out of line for getting angry at injustice? To explore this topic we will take use an example from Nora Berenstain s essay Epistemic Exploitation, of a woman named Summer who believes her department of Philosophy had sexist biased in the decision to reward fellowships to only male graduate students. She also points out the department is known for covering up issues of sexual harassment and harboring perpetrators of sexual harassment, some of which she has personally experienced. When confiding in a male cohort, Dean, he says her accounts are a misrepresentation of the department, and that there are, only a few bad apples . Likewise, he minimizes Summer s points and says she is just upset that she did not win a fellowship from the department. If Summer were to at this point get angry at the situation, she would be justified in her anger because of her perspective in the situation, and Dean as a member of the oppressor group is in the wrong for trying to discredit and perpetuate the gender oppressive environment. To begin, we should discuss two opposing views on the aptness of anger. A classic stoic argument on anger comes from the first century roman philosopher Seneca, in his book On Anger. In his first extract of his book Seneca describes how anger is uncontrollable and therefore useless (Seneca, 101). To support this, in the second extract, Seneca rebukes the argument that anger can be used as motivation, by stating that he believes virtue and moral outrage at injustice can provide enough motivation to make change (Seneca, 103). Further, in his third extract, Seneca argues that anger should not be used as motivation because he believes the very nature of anger is precarious, therefore untrustworthy. Rather, humans have been equipped with reason for both foreseeing issues, and to use as motive for change (Seneca, 104). Thus, Seneca says gaining control and overcoming ones emotions is the only way to live a productive in making change to moral injustice in the world. In contrast to Seneca, Amia Srinivasan has an ... Causes And Consequences Of The Great Recession CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE GREAT RECESSION The most recent four years of the turbulent financial execution brought up a larger number of issues than gave answers about reasons for the Great Recession of 2008 2009. Most business analysts are faulting the land business sector breakdown and the tailed it budgetary emergency as fundamental driver of the Recession. Be that as it may, the genuine macroeconomic reason was the change of the national macroeconomic approach from the Demand backing to Supply bolster methodology amidst 1980s. In this article I am going to discuss the reasons of the Great Recession and its results. The monetary methodology before 1980 s has been based on the thoughts of the full job and the wages development as the consequence of the development of profitability. The full vocation and the wages development have empowered the increment in the interest for merchandise and administrations. That development has affected the increment in the supply and has invigorated the organizations to put into new innovations encouraging the further development of efficiency. The stagflation of 1970 s truly harmed this methodology. In 1980 s the Keynesian model of the monetary development, which depends on the backing of the development of Aggregate Demand, has been supplanted by the neo liberal model of financial development based upon the backing of the development the Aggregate Supply.
