platform independent. It is a comprehensive collection of various data preprocessing
and modeling techniques. Some of the operations performed using Weka like
classification, clustering etc. are discussed here. It provides implementation of

includes preprocessing of data to clean and structure the data. Then it is followed by

In effect, the model shows at the macro level how personal knowledge is converted
into organizational knowledge, and vice versa, in processes for active and continuous
organizational learning. The fourth section discusses some key challenges in
managing each of the five learning cycles so that active learning processes are
maintained at the individual, group, or organizational levels. I also suggest some
ways in which managers can help to prevent breakdowns and dysfunctions from
occurring in each of the Five Learning Cycles, and thereby help to sustain overall
organizational learning processes. Examples drawn from recent research into
knowledge management practices help to illustrate the nature of such managerial
interventions. I conclude with some comments on the ways in which the knowledge
management processes discussed here reflect a fundamental shift in management
thinking and practice from traditional concepts of command and control to more

Through other courses and a summer workshop attended, I had been exposed to

was new to me and I was excited to learn about it and look forward to using this

In 2010 the lives of students in over 100,000 schools in the United States changed
quite dramatically (What). The beloved junk food in the vending machines, high
calorie lunches, and sugary drinks sold at schools were forcibly removed. Through
the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act, the United States Department of Agriculture
(USDA) made the first major changes in school meals in 15 years (School). Although
the initial reaction from students has been quite negative, this program is beneficial
to schools and will fulfill its goal in raising a healthier generation of children
(School). The National School Lunch Program was established under the National
School Lunch Actsigned by President Truman in 1946 (National). Schools involved
in the lunch program receive cash subsidies and USDA foods from the USDA for
each meal they serve. Only if their meals meet the federal requirement, will the school
receive the money. The lunches provided are nutritionally balanced and low cost or
free. Today, over 31 million students receive meals through this lunch program
(What). The Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act was put in place to improve the already
existing school meal requirements and promote better nutrition. The opponents to the
Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act are usually students who are angry about the loss of
their junk food. With this being a large factor, students who pay for full price

While reading A Moveable Feast, I felt immersed into Ernest Hemingway s world
and developed a better understanding of him with a human experience. This novel
provides an inside look on both, Hemingway s time in Paris in the 1920s and the
time at the end of his life leading up to his premature death. If one is familiar with
his life, and especially his later years, A Moveable Feastgives insight into his life at
the time of writing his memoir. The text itself is about Paris, but the reflection comes
from an older Hemingway who was sentimental, longing and nostalgic. Regardless of
the comments from family, friends and academics, interpreting the text itself in A
Moveable Feast is the best way to learn about Hemingway and his mindset during the
late 1950s and early 1960s.
Unlike many great books, there are two versions of A Moveable Feast which were
released by individuals separated by two generations. First, there is the 1964 version
which offers the completed and unified memoir on Hemingway s early years in
Paris. It is important to understand that Hemingway never completed the memoir and
his fourth wife, Mary Hemingway, performed much of the editing and final touches.
In contrast, the 2009 version is believed by most to be more accurate to Hemingway
