My Freshman Year Of High School
My Freshman year of high school is nearing an end and I mostly stayed out of trouble, which was
a great feat at the time. Until My buddy Sam and I decided to make some money off of our
hobby . Since we were tired of running out of weed to smoke, we decided to have a bake sale.
We googled how to do it and fired up the oven and ground up the weed. After about 30 minutes of
baking and assembling crackers we had made three firecrackers, or peanut butter crackers with

The first teacher, who also happens to be my Subject Mentor, is a very experienced staff member,
he has known the students since they started the school in Year 7, and hence he has a personal
relationship with them. Because of this, he is able to joke around with them and therefore be

In Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, the author uses multiple motifs and symbols throughout the
novel. The main character, Guy Montag, is represented as a metaphorical light in the dark due to

In the study by Thornton, McKissick, Spooner, Lo, Anderson (2015), two high school students
with a specific learning disability (SLD) were used. The first participant was Wesley, who was 15
years old and had delays in processing information with his short term memory, along with having

under the category of SLD in reading comprehension. The second participant was Amber, who was
