The first organization that I had interviewed was a large manufacturing company
(Company 1). The company is proud of the strong commitment that they have to
promoting health and safety in the workplace, and the prevention of injury and
illness. In the company the Human Resources and management are responsible for

responsible for ensuring that the employees are complying with the safe work
procedures that have been put in place. Multiple times a year the company revises

Vanity is physical pride, and so here Austen makes a distinction between pride in
intellect and pride in physical appearance condemning only the latter, whereas the
