In the paper titled An exact dissipation model for arbitrary photonic Fock state
transport in waveguide QED systems , Chen et al. have presented a dissipation
model to study the Fock and coherent state transport through waveguide QED
(wQED) systems. As the main novelty of their work, they have modelled the
environment as a 3D scattering channel (described in a real space picture similar to
the waveguide modelling) and it has been shown that a reduced Hamiltonian can be
obtained for arbitrary photon number Fock state which can describe the photonic
transport with a restricted eigenstate. To illustrate, one , two , N photon and coherent
state examples are presented. Finally, two simple geometries of the scattering channel
are considered namely the uniform medium and a slab waveguide. Authors have also
very briefly pointed out the applicability of their model in cavity QED.
COMMENTS AND DECISION
Overall the paper has interesting findings and is systematically presented. In
particular, the modelling of the environment as a non excitable 3D scattering channel,
is the key attraction in this work. Moreover, the authors have made claims which
seems not to be exaggerated. However, there are some points in this work which can
be ambiguous to the interested reader. Therefore, I can recommend publication of this
paper in the Optics Letters, provided the authors performs the following revisions:

DISCUSSION
The data presented in the study showed trends in antibiotic resistance patterns of
methicillin resistant and methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus in KYAMCH at
Enayetpur, Sirajgonj, teaching and referral hospital of Bangladesh.
Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of the major pathogens
associated with community acquired serious nosocomial infection because these
strains generally show multiple drug resistance which limits treatment possibilities
(7).
In this study, the isolation rate of MRSA on gender basis revealed more from male
(54.5%) than female (45.5%). Persons younger than 30 years of age were found to
be more MRSA carrier 112 (23%) and less found among below 10 years of age 50
(10%) (Figure 2). Our age and gender based findings did not agree with those
findings obtained by other studies where no significant variations were noticed. (8).
Population of this study is villagers of working group (30 years) who are financially
important. Through medical care they became subject of this study. On the contrary,
other studies are carried out in the city where all residents irrespective of gender and
age are equally receiving medical care.

strategy proved to cause harm during the periorperative period. Research now
indicates that a reduction in tidal volume with added PEEP not only decreases
atelectasis, but it also reduces pulmonary inflammatory response (Coppola, Froio,
Chuimello 2014). These patients already have a decreased respiratory reserve,
therefore inducing an inflammatory mediated response with ventilation settings can
be detrimental and should be avoided at all costs by the nurse anesthetist. It is
