wrote. Sometimes these essays were written by professionals, while sometimes the author was a
complete amateur. We were usually assigned to mention upwards of five characteristics of the
writing we liked or an English professor might like. While I could certainly finish this
assignment, I found it significantly easier to point out the mistakes the authors made. I could
have had a list of ten noticeable mistakes, and have only two positive notes. Personally, I learned
more from what the author did poorly than what the author succeeded at. While this may be a
positive trait in some situations, it can be dangerous. I may learn more from failures, but I cannot
allow myself to become too focused on them. Faults can be a learning experience, but they do not
define a person. The goal of the author author is not to express how well they can write poorly, it

I have a lot of thoughts that I want to be able to save. I have a hard time putting them down on
paper because the words do not flow as freely from my brain to my hands. I worry about the correct
words, spelling, punctuation, etc. When I think, I do not have to worry about that. Writing is also
slower than thinking and by the time I get my thoughts out, I have trouble remembering what I
was trying to write. . I also try to edit as I write or type. As I write this, I am doing it with my eyes
closed so I will not get distracted. I had to go back and edit the spelling and grammar. I also don t
have a large vocabulary, my spelling is bad, and my grammar is poor. I want to improve this to

I knew that the poem needed revision because I didn t know what to title it, which meant that I
didn t really know what my own poem was about. After re reading it I decided that it could help if
I added another stanza that I could use to introduce a main character and a subtle tones of love. I
also want more in depth with setting details and used metaphors/figurative language to convey the
intense bond between the human main character and the inanimate subject. The poem is about a
sick elderly woman that returns home to die peacefully in the place she is most comfortable, her

Treatments of heavy metal contaminants from effluent discharged by industries are more complex
than designing the treatment process. Bacopa Monnieri is one of the wetland plant used for the
removal of heavy metal, lead (Pb) from the aquatic medium. Effluent was collected from the Lead
acid battery waste treatment plant. It is standardized to 5, 10 and 15ppm to observe the uptake by
plant. Effluent was categorized as Direct Effluent (DE), DE+Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid
(EDTA) and DE+Cow Dung Manure (CDM), where EDTA and CDM were used as a chelating
agent to influence in accumulation rate and degradation rate. Concentration of Pb in soil, plant
(root and shoots), and effluent had been done to calculate the degradation of Pb, Translocation
factor (TF) and Bioconcentration factor (BCF). This experiment shows tremendous differences in
wetland plant unlike the researches done in past. Results of the experiment were discussed below.

experienced, and being a compassionate does not occur by chance. DeSteno makes two primary
