ESSAR ENGINEERS hot air generator system is a combined unit, in which fuel
(coconut shells) are converted into charcoal and the heat energy evolved during
that conversion will be recovered by hot air generator.
The charcoal material can be sold in the market and the hot air recovered can
be used in the dryer, thereby, reducing the cost of drying by almost 65%. It is a
machine which can give the charcoal product continuously throughout the day.
Coconut shells can be fed at the feeding hopper and the charcoal product will be
collected at the other end. Both the feeding and discharge will be in a continuous
mode.
