10. MEMBRANE AIR SPRING
Dynemech Membrane Spring system consists of three master pneumatic isolators for 3 point
precision leveling. Each pneumatic damping isolator consists of a self leveling plunger
mechanism, which is the load sensing, and height controlling element.The system is supplied
with pressure regulators, distributors, non-return valve and other pneumatic accessories
necessary for complete systems installation.Clean dry air is required to be supplied to the system.

12. Vibration Absorber Pads- Insulation sheet
• Dynemech offersANTIVIBRATIONSHEETS made from high grade synthetic composite material.These sheets have
different load capacities and are available in different natural frequencies to suit various industrial applications.These
are resistant to water, oils, lubricating oils, fuels etc. used in the shop floor. Each sheet has defined stress value and
can be placed directly under the machine as per the weight of the machine and no. of mounting positions.These plates
will not deform plastically, if the weight of machine does not exceed maximum load value of the insulation plates.The
available thicknesses are 2mm, 8mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 65m
13. FOUNDATION ISOLATION
Isolated Foundation for ActiveVibration Damping for Power Presses, Forging Hammers,
EngineTest Rigs, and PassiveVibration Isolation of MachiningCenters,Grinding Machines,
Measuring &Testing Equipment, LaserCutters, Microscopes andCMM.
The Isolated Foundation is required to reduce both active and passive vibrations.
A Foundation Isolation for high dynamic machines like Power Press, Forging Hammers,
Compressors, EngineTest Rigs etc. is required in order to reduce the transmission of
vibrations and shock to nearby precision machines/building structures.Tocontrol the source
of vibration disturbance through the use of resilient insulation materials is known as ACTIVE
VIBRATION ISOLATION
14. When it is not possible to prevent or sufficiently lower the transmission of shock and vibration from the source a resiliently supported
vibration insulating foundation block can be used for the PASSIVEVIBRATION ISOLTION of sensitive equipment like Machining
Centers, Measuring andTestingMachines/ Equipmentetc.
ISOLATED FOUNDATION lowers the center of gravity of the machine foundation system and adds to the stability of the machine.

18. Manufacturing of Rubber & Metal Parts
• Rubber compound is mixed on two roll mill using different types of rubber raw materials and chemicals
depending upon the required application and stiffness.
• The compound mixed is then sent to Rheometer for testing of curing time and temperature as per ISO
3417.
• A test piece Based on the results obtained on rheometer is prepared and cured.The same is then tested
on 2 ton capacityUTM forTensile strength, Modulus and elongation as per ASTM D412.
• Results obtained on 2 tonUTM are then verified with the required parameters.After achieving the
required results, tested values of time and temperature are set in the compression moulding machine.
The verified compound obtained from Mixing mill is then cut and weighed to fill each cavity of the mould
.The mould is then closed to the required temperature, pressure and time.
• The composition test of incoming raw material of metal parts is conducted at 3rd party lab. A dimensional
report is then prepared for the incoming lot of metal parts. Parts which are not confirmed to the required
specifications are sent to the rejection.
19. • For the Metal parts, after receiving the raw material, material initial inspection is done as per
the DYNEMECHQAP.Which includes – dimension check child part inspection, dye penetration test,
NABLTC, load testing etc.
• After the inspection the material is sent to machining process, after which the parts are ready for the
Assembly.
• In the assembly area metals parts and elastomeric parts are assembled together .
20. • UTM load test is conducted on the final assembly as per ASTM D575. Dimensional and
visual inspection and leveling adjustment range is checked as per theQAP.
• Dock - Pre DispatchCheck is done to double check & verify the Dynemech product.
• Final product is then packed as per the required process and sent to the storage.
• Material is then packed in the boxes on packing machines and dispatch as per required
schedule.
