1. My Tasks
Write on the suitcase, the cooperating teacher's expectations that you need to
fully understand during your practicum days to establish better relationships.
Respond to the obligatory needs of the pupils. To
execute your best in the whole duration of your
practice teaching. Do anything what it takes to be a
student teacher to please me. Avoid getting into trouble
and obey with my rules.
Likewise, I also have expectations that I need to convey to my cooperating
teacher in order that my needs are also understood/met.
I am expecting that my cooperating teacher will be really
cooperative in such a way that she will guide me in the whole
teaching learning process, provide feedback so as to improve
my weaknesses and maintain my strengths in teaching. Give
me opportunity to explore and discover my teaching skills
because I do believe that I still have many concerns to learn
strategies to perform and principles to apply.

1. In the observationphase, I needto focus on the following:
 Student Diversity - which include gender, race,
attitude/behavior, learning styles, etc.
 Teaching Pedagogy - used by my cooperating teacher suited on
the rangeof pupil's abilities.
 InstructionalMaterials - which material elicit high responses
 AssessmentTools - it should exhibit the properties of
assessment; validity, reliability, efficiency, practicality
 Values Integration - one of the important partof the lesson
wherea teacher can integrate good values and proper
behavior.

COGNITIVEDEVELOPMENT

Because: they need to gain the ability to think in an abstract manner, the
ability to combine and classify items in a more sophisticated way, and the capacity
for higher-orderreasoning. Thepupils mustbeoperationalthinkers able to ponder
different solutions to a problem before acting.

I observed that they are very easy to learn every lesson with the help of their
teachers. Even though some of the boys were so naughty but I commend them
because they were very participative in class discussion. They had the brain, but
they lack character.
