Job Description: As cabin crew I was in charge of First class cabin and its
customers, providing the best service standards, being proactive and working
beyond customers expectations. I was in charge of airplane security checks as
well as the safety procedures of each specific aircraft, first-aid, safety and
medical equipment.The role of a cabin crew member is to provide excellent
customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety
throughout the flight, dealing with security and emergency situations which
may arise and can administer first aid to customers. It was also my
responsibility to ensure that all emergency equipment was in working order
prior to take off and that there were enough supplies, help customers to board
the plane and give a demonstration of safety procedures and equipment. While
on duty, I was able to visit a lot of countries and gain a lot of cultural
knowledge, meet new people and places worldwide.
