Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize and manage emotions ,in oneself and in other people
Emotional intelligence is recognized as most significant skill for success in business ,relationship and life in
general .

5.Handling relationship
6.People skills
Importance of Emotional intelligence
Success is about relationships. The abilities of emotional intelligence are
essential in setting up and sustaining these relationships.
Success also depends on staying motivated through setbacks and on
controlling our emotions so that we can take objective decisions
Tips to become Emotionally intelligent
1.Pause before replying , reaction and judging
2.Think why someone is doing what they are doing
3.Exerceise your control and choose how you will react or respond
4.Practise expressing your emotions and articulating them
Empathy at work
Empathy at work means understanding that not one person can do their job, without the help of other
supporting roles at work. You can come up with a product, sure, but without a marketing team to sell it, or
engineering and design teams to create it, you're not going to get anywhere
How to incorporate Empathy at work:
Create a culture of teamwork
Accept people as they are
Be transparent and authentic
Choose an attitude of Gratitude
Ask questions
Prioritize listening
Don’t make it personal
If leader is emotionally intelligent he will
1.Pay attention to what customer / his team exactly needs
2.Redirect rejection to create new ways to serve better .
3.Use creativity and brainstorming within the team .
4.Practice active listening
5.Adapt and Innovate
6.Understand the client needs better and discuss within team to create effectiveness and profits.
7.Build a great relationship with clients on a long term basis.

1.What do you want in a relationship ?
2.What must you be to get what you want ?
3.Are you that person ?
4.Have you communicated what you want ?
5.Do you know what the other person wants ?
