INTRODUCTION
• In modern science, there is a demand of fossil fuels.
• This project is to describe the construction and designing of V-type magnetic
piston.
• It works on the electromagnetic force.
• No fuel is required in this engine.
CONSTRUCTION
• V-shape engine.
• Electromagnet on cylinder head &
magnet on piston head.
• Common crankshaft to both pistons
• Usual cylinder arrangement.
• Similar to normal engine.
• No use of spark plug, inlet&exhaust valve.
COMPONENTS
• ELECTROMAGNET
Creates the electromagnetic force & movement of piston.
• POWER SPLITTER
Split the power to electromagnets.
• RELAY
Controls the power supply to electromagnets.
• TIMER
Specialised clock for measuring time interval.
• MICRO CONTROLLER
Controls the power splitter, timer, relay switch.
WORKING
LEFT CYLINDER
• At the beginning, piston is at TDC.
• Electromagnet get energized.
• Repulsive force creates.
• Piston magnet pushes it downward.
• Power splitter de-energize electromagnet.
• Timer works the splitter in timing.
• Now piston is at TDC.
WORKING
RIGHT CYLINDER
• At beginning, piston is at BDC.
• With the movement of left piston,
right piston moves upward.
• Right electromagnet energized
with the help of power splitter.
• Repulsive force creates.
• Piston magnet pushes it downward.
MERITS
• It never produces any flue gases.
• It is free from pollution.
• No fuel is required.
• No duty for firing.
• It is not harmful to the environment.
• No noise is produced.
APPLICATION
• Used in electric scooter.
• Mobile application in electric field.
• Generates the electricity.
CONCLUSION
Design and working of v-type magnetic piston engine is different from other engine. It
is more economic and free from air pollution. Magnet is one of the prime power source
used for many application. By the demand of fossil fuels expecting that electro magnet
is main alternative fuel and it is very much useful for coming generation.
