Education is a right guaranteed by the Indonesian constitution and laws. Three key points are made to argue this: 1) The 1945 constitution and 2003 education law state that basic education is a right and the government must fund it. 2) International human rights declarations also recognize education as a universal right. 3) Education is not just preparation for life but is life itself, as it opens doors and expands opportunities and freedoms. The presentation concludes by advocating for building education access for all in Indonesia.
