Article 26
• Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the
elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be
compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made
generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all
on the basis of merit.
• Education shall be directed to the full development of the human
personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and
fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and
friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further
the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
• Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be
given to their children.
3. Right To Education In India
Indian Constitution
The Constitution (Eighty-sixth Amendment) Act, 2002 inserted Article
21-A in the Constitution of India to provide free and compulsory
education of all children in the age group of six to fourteen years as a
Fundamental Right in such a manner as the State may, by law,
determine.

• There are no proper infrastructure .
• No teaching faculty .
• Lack of Awareness among the people .
• Only one school is present .

Article 25
1.Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the
health and well-being of himself and of his family, including
food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social
services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment,
sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of
livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
2.Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and
assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall
enjoy the same social protection.
7. Right To Health In India
Indian constitution
Article 21 deals with “no person shall be deprived of his life or personal
liberty except according to procedure established by law”.
8. Problem Faced In Lavasa
• Only one hospital in the city .
• No proper medicine availability in the pharmacy .
• No proper service (availability of doctor )
• Very far located from the city.
9. To over come this problem
• There should be proper service of the doctor , from the
government .
• There should have enough medicine .
• There should update with the medical field [ knowledge of
machines].
• They should built hospital near residential area.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), adopted in
1948, states in Article 26: 'Everyone has the right to education'.
Since then, the right to education has been reaffirmed in
various international treaties including:

It recognizes education as a legal right to every child on the basis
of equal opportunity. Its Article 21 guarantees free compulsory
primary education for all. It encourage international cooperation in
matters related to education, in particular elimination of ignorance
and illiteracy and access to scientific and technical knowledge.
