Edmodo is a secure, free social learning platform designed for teachers, students, and parents to facilitate communication, collaboration, and access to educational materials. It allows users to share various forms of digital content, manage assignments, and provides organizational tools including a gradebook and notifications. Parent accounts will soon enable parents to communicate with teachers and monitor their children's assignments and grades.

Edmodo provides teachers and students with a secure and easy way to post classroom materials, share links and videos, and access homework, grades and school notices. Teachers and students can store and share all forms of digital content – blogs, links, pictures, video, documents, presentations, and more.
