Rick is a thought leader in Training and Leadership Development. He has experiences in large companies, such as Gillette, Dell and HP. He has also coached start up companies and their leaders. More recently, Rick has joined Atlassian as their head of Learning and Development. Rick has been a lecturer at the MBA program at Stanford. He has lived and worked in Asia for 7 years. He has been responsible for large teams, including a team of over 200 training and development team members for HP to working with smaller start up companies such as Warby Parker, Datasift and Birchbox.
