This document describes a proposed dynamic skyscraper design. It would be 420 meters tall with 80 floors that can each rotate independently. The top of the building is shaped like an upside down "T" and sits on a roller bearing allowing it to rotate up to one full rotation every 90 minutes. Each floor can rotate up to 6 meters per minute. It is powered by wind turbines and solar panels. The design aims to create a visually attractive building that incorporates movement, challenging the static nature of traditional architecture.
