8. Dr. David Fisher was inspired to design the
Dynamic Tower during a visit to a friend's
top-floor Midtown apartment. "I had a
view of the Hudson River and East River at
the same time, it was beautiful and I
wanted to make that feeling accessible to
more people." He loves the idea of seeing
the sun rise and set in the same room, and
considers the building to be four-dimensional.

17. 100% self generated electricity
The rotation takes up to 3 hours (so you're not always spilling
your coffee), and gets power from photovoltaic solar cells and
79 wind turbines, one located between each floor.

26. The Dynamic Tower represents the future of architecture.
According to Dr. Fisher, today’s life is dynamic, so the space
we are living in should be dynamic as well.
Buildings will follow the rhythms of nature; they will change
direction and shape from spring to summer, from sunrise to
sunset, and adjust themselves to the weather. Buildings will
be alive.
He also says, from now on, buildings will have four
dimensions; the fourth dimension is Time.
By combining motion, green energy and efficient
construction, The Dynamic Tower will change architecture as
we know it, and will start a new era of Dynamic Living.
