3. Cancelled cheque
Description
• Only a scanned copy of a blank cancelled cheque on the company name will be taken to verify the bank details
• The cancelled cheque is to be provided with the Name - either printed/company stamp/handwritten
• In case of handwritten name or company stamp on the cheque, it should be supported with the bank passbook or the bank
mandate form
• In case of absence of a cancelled cheque, a declaration letter from the bank with the bank details mentioned on the bank
letterhead with the signature and stamp of the authorized bank signatory can be considered
• The bank statement will not be considered for as a valid document
• No overwriting or correction on the cheque should be there

4. PAN card
Description
• PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is mandatory for making financial transactions
• The PAN card should be on the company name. However, in case of a sole proprietor, it can be on the seller name
• A scanned copy of the PAN card is mandatory for verification
• A photocopy/online snapshot of the PAN card will not be considered

5. Company address proof
Description
• The address proof is a document that is required to verify your company address details
• Only the scanned copy of the GSTIN, Electricity/Telephone bill, rent invoice, lease agreement, Aadhaar card, driving license,
bank passbook on the company name will be considered
• In case of a sole proprietor, the company address proof can be on the seller name
• The electricity bill/telephone bill/invoice should not be more than 3 months old

6. Warehouse address proof
Description
• The Warehouse address proof is a document required to verify your warehouse address details
• In case the warehouse is in a different state, the GSTIN certificate of the new warehouse state must be provided
• However, in case of the exempted categories, the seller can provide the electricity/telephone bill, rent invoice, lease
agreement
• The electricity bill/telephone bill/rent invoice should not be more than 3 months old

7. GSTIN
Description
• GSTIN stands for the Goods & Services Tax Identification Number needed from every seller for registration to sell his
products online
• It is mandatory to provide the GSTIN
• It should be on your company name. However, in case of sole proprietorship, it can be on the seller name

8. Brand Authorization letter Trademark Certificate
Description Description
• If you deal in a brand, you need to submit a Brand
Authorization Letter once you get registered
• The Brand Authorization Letter is issued by a brand in
order to authorize a store/seller to sell its products
online
• In case you own a brand, you need to share the
Trademark Certificate once you get registered
• A Trademark Certificate is required to protect your
creative assets like Logo, Slogan , Tagline etc. to
be used by others
• It should be on your company name. However, in
case of a sole proprietorship, it can be on the seller
name

9. Cases of rejection
Unregistered GSTIN number details have been shared
Missed to provide the attachments in the JPEG format or
shared blurred images of the documents in the attachments
The details mismatch in correspondence to the supporting
documents
The saving account’s cancelled cheque did not have the
