Group Red presented on the Deuteromycota, also known as Imperfect Fungi. The Deuteromycota do not produce sexual structures and are classified based on their asexual structures alone. They have four orders - Moniliales, Sphaeropsidales, Melanconiales, and Mycelia Sterlia. Deuteromycota are found worldwide and play various roles in everyday life, as they can ripen cheese, produce the antibiotic penicillin, cause diseases, and produce toxic compounds.
