This document describes the design of a remote post-type mouse trap that uses infrared sensors, a power grid, and GSM communication. The trap consists of alternating conducting bars connected to a power source. An infrared sensor module with a Fresnel lens detects mice and activates the power grid only in the detection area. A GSM module sends a message when a mouse is caught. The design was tested over a week and successfully caught two mice. It aims to provide a low-power, reliable way to catch mice remotely without using bait.
