The Design for DeConstruction principles and thinking are essential in enabling a circular economy in construction. An updated Presentation for GVis2016, Feb 2016
Construction and demolition waste recyclingAnand Vallala
Now a days as the construction is increasing the demolition waste from the buildings is also increasing. We have to increase the usage of waste materials and to help for the future generation.
Construction activities generate millions of tonnes of Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste materials each year. These materials contain a lot of reusable materials. If not properly managed, they will become wastes, a burden to the society, which will be extremely expensive to handle and will occupy precious landfill space.
Now even for small projects it has been made mandatory to use Ready mix concrete or compulsory use of Batching plant. However, except for large projects and some industrial projects, Demolition of structures is not yet mechanised. This waste is also affects the air, noise pollution in the form of releasing dust and noise respectively.
Recycling can turn the waste materials into usable products, which can help conserve our natural resources for our next generations and for the sustainable development of the society. In the recent years, C&D waste management issues have attracted the attention from researches around the world.
The ultimate aim is to create the awareness among the Civil Engineers is to do the research on this topic and to reuse these materials.
Main points of this PPT:
• An overview of the concept on Waste management.
• Brief description on “Recycled Concrete Aggregates”.
• Waste reduction and Reuse.
• Demolition techniques.
• Use of proper Waste Management plan.

The Role of Environmental Impact in Building Material’s SelectionHafedh Yahya
An important strategy in architectural design is the selection of sustainable building materials. Therefore, the research explore the environmental problems connected to building materials in order to reduce these impacts by using the most appropriate materials within design process, after conducting a thorough and systematic literature review by using Literature Based Discovery (LBD) methodology. The approach referred to various literature sources such as; journal papers, conference papers, dissertations and scientific and technical reports, in order to identify the environmental impacts of building materials. The research describe 14 environmental problems and distributed in three categories of environmental impacts; human health, ecological degradation and energy consumption. These impacts occurred through various stages of materials life cycle; mining, manufacturing, construction, use and demolition. For further researches in this area the finding will be useful to support model for sustainable building material assessment.

The application of precast concrete structural systems has been attaining vast progress worldwide, and now in India. Real Estate Company are Introducing Precast System. Because of lots of advantage over cast in situ system the precast system is getting attention in India. The advantages are high quality, high strength, speedy construction, economical, requirement of less manpower. During the 1920s reinforced concrete was used in Spring Mills, Mumbai for building flats for mill workers. The engineers were British, who built these structures. In the initial days reinforced concrete was built using steel and cement. The books that were referred for designing precast structures were from UK, that the then engineers took as a guide to carry on construction. The Napier Bridge in Chennai was built near the Fort area between 1939–1943; it was the first pre-stressed concrete bridge in India. The Madras Port is built using precast piles and retaining walls between 1905–1910, which is the first recorded pile foundation with precast. The best architects of that time were involved in designing these structures. The paper deals with the research and the application of precast concrete structural systems in India. The paper also describes the development already achieved to date in the applications of the precast concrete structural systems in the constructions field in India.
Materials are the starting point for architectural design. An architect needs to understand the nature of materials and their possibilities and limitations before they can be used to create buildings and spaces.

Toward an Architecture of the Next SystemCarl Sterner
Sustainability is systemic. At the core of un-sustainability is a growth-oriented economic system whose continued expansion has become a net detriment to natural, social, and human capital. In this context, how can architecture, as a profession and an artifact, respond? This presentation considers 5 propositions:
1. Architecture & radical efficiency
2. Architecture & democratic infrastructure
3. Architecture & sustainable materials
4. Architecture & regenerative metabolisms
5. Architecture & social capital

Building the circular economy: time to shift!Leonard
The construction sector - responsible for around a quarter of CO2 emissions and first waste producer in Europe - is called upon to accelerate its transition to an economy that is more sober in terms of natural resources and greenhouse gas emissions. This effort is all the more crucial at a time of new geopolitical instabilities and persistent tensions in the supply chain following the two-year pandemic, which make it more difficult to supply world markets. So how can we remove the obstacles to the development of the circular economy in construction and successfully transform the professions in cities and regions?
Sustainable development has been a great challenge to the building and construction
industry for decades. There have been many initiatives and attempts to create sustainability for the
industry through the concept of the Green Building certificate in order to reduce the impact to
environment and society while promoting better living conditions of the people involved in the
project. This paper aims to examineall three aspects of sustainability; economy, environment and
society, in the building and construction industry by proposing new criteria for the green building
certificate. This will create opportunities for the community based handicraft building products to be
specified and purchased to be used in the modern building and construction industry and share the
economic value to the community.

At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

The Living Building Challenge (LBC) is a philosophy, advocacy tool, and certification program that addresses development at all scales.
The core underlying principle of the Living Building Challenge is that buildings should mimic nature and natural systems—and the Challenge uses the metaphor of the flower to illustrate this principle.
Like a flower, all elements of the built environment are rooted in place.
Unlike typical buildings, a flower has place-based solutions to meet all of its needs and to maintain balance with its surroundings.
So, imagine a building that is informed by its eco-region’s characteristics. A building that generates energy with renewable resources, captures and treats water, operates efficiently and as part of a larger community; a building that acts as feedstock for new developments at the end of its life;
and is beautiful….
