I know that it sounds cliche, but for as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of
becoming a doctor. Luckily for me, Employment of physicians and surgeons is

mountains. Throughout my life I have been interested in protecting the environment,
many different avenues of art expression, and the cultural roots of mountain people.

go further to tie all of those subjects into the main topic of agriculture, specifically
sustainable agriculture, which I just so happen to be majoring in (convenient, huh?).
My appreciation for these mountains have grown so much that I want to choose a life
that will work mutualistically with the mountains to not only accept the bounty they

guises, like the muses it can be epic, romantic, comedic or even tragic. Each text
can convey to its reader an understanding of thought; perhaps insight into a
character; or incite a rush of emotion. They take us beyond our own experiences of
life allowing us to delve into the thoughts and lives of others. They stimulate us
both intellectually and emotionally, and can deepen our understanding of ourselves,
our history, and of our society. Throughout my BA course I read a broad range of
literature and researched a number of literary genres and periods. I particularly

creates. Women face emotional trauma, physical trauma, and lack of support from

personal obstacles based on gender. She faces physical trauma when she is
assaulted and abused by her father, who tried to rape her before she left to find
work. She is repeatedly harassed by the son of her former employer, who banged
on her door every night, ordering her to sleep with him. The abuse does not stop
once she has been found a criminal, Grace is then abused in the asylum. This shows
how women are abused no matter their situations or circumstances. The abuse also
gives Grace emotional trauma. She is constantly reminded of the haunting

My Dance Research Paper
Three things that reflect or describe me include shoes, the studio, and family. I am
a dancer and almost everyday of every week I am at the studio practicing for those
three to four minutes I will have on the Tulsa Performing Arts Center s stage in
May. Being a dancer, I have many different types of shoes and many pairs for each
type; I have pointe shoes, or toe shoes, jazz shoes, pirouettes, soft balletshoes, foot
