This study presents a power management system (PMS) for a hybrid renewable
energy system (HRES) using hydrogen as an energy vector. The fuzzy control system

Many people who don t know what autism is would think that it s a new issue in
modern society, but it has become far more predominant today compared to
previous years. The term autism comes from the Greek word autos , meaning self .
The word autism was first used in 1908 by a swiss psychiatrist named Eugene
Bleuler. He used it to describe a schizophrenic patient who had withdrawn into his
own world. However, the innovators into autismresearch were Hans Asperger and
Leo Kanner. While they were not working together, they were both doing studies
during the 1940s. Leo Kanner, an American child psychiatrist, started by studying
the behaviors of 11 children. What he discovered in their behaviors are both pros
and cons. The pros are that they had good intellectual potential and can recollect
things relatively well. Nevertheless, the cons are difficulty in socializing, adapting to
change, repeating words, just to name a few. Kanner referred to their condition as
Kanner s syndrome, which was later named Early Infantile Autism. Similarly, Hans
Asperger also studied a group of children that mimicked Kanner s descriptions. One
thing that s different from Asperger s research compared to Kanner s research is that
the children he observed did not have echolalia as a linguistic problem because they

to cyber attack as long as you have an electronic device hooked up to the internet.
Organization and businesses now rely on the internet for transactions, storing
information, conducting work, and so much more. One major organization relying on
the internet is the military, also known as the Department of Defense (DoD). The
DoD faces many cyber attacks. While the DoD does face many attacks, they have
implemented securitymeasurements to thwart millions of cyber security threats.

On 12/16/2017, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer
for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County,
Kansas. While driving in lot 20 which is located behind Wilner Auditorium I heard a
loud banging sound. From past experiences it sounded like someone ran over
multiple barrel cones. On 17th street they are doing construction from 17th and
Hillside to 17th and Oliver.
I arrived in the area of 17th and Hillside at approximently 0235 hours. I advised
dispatch there was about 12 cones which had been hit. These cones were about 6
inches in diamater and stood about 3 feet tall. The cones were held up with black
rectangular rubber bases. I let dispatch know I would be out of my patrol ... Show

On a daily basis, I use multiple defense mechanisms to protect myself from my

Blood transports nutrients, oxygen, carbon dioxide, hormones, antibodies, urea and
heat through our body. The heartis transports blood by pumping it through blood
vessels.
Blood flows from areas of high pressure to areas of low pressure. The pressure of
blood in the circulatory system is a value called blood pressure (mmHg: millimeters
of mercury ), which is measured by two numbers: systolic pressure and diastolic
pressure. The systolic number is the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats
(when the heart muscle contracts), while the diastolic number is pressure in the
arteries between heartbeats (when the heart muscle is resting between beats and
refilling with blood). The ideal blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg.
Heart rate on the other hand is the number of times (in one minute) that the heart
beats or contracts. A heart rate can be anywhere between 60 and 100 beats per minute.

a great deal of faith must be put in the judges to uphold social values and standards.
Judges have absolutely no motivation to act within the public s beliefs, as they are not
accountable for their decisions or judgments. In parliament, if a law is made that the
public is unhappy with, it is likely that the government of the day will be dismissed in
the next election. This clearly cannot occur within the courts as the judges can stay
on the high court bench until the retirement age of 65. The constitution allows both
the parliament and the courts to have an appropriate amount of power, with neither
having too much or too little. This division provides a well functioning system that
ensures that no body has absolute power.
As a result of this power shift to the judges, the government of the day would be
under an obligation to work around the entrenched bill of rights. This would enhance
the lawmaking of parliament as it would give them a set of guidelines to work
within, whilst providing a safeguard (the courts) to ensure these rights are upheld.
