Describe a positive team or group experience and what made it memorable. What elements were
present to make it a success?
Solution
Teamwork in every team is very important because it is very cruical part of any business, if
every member works in a positive attitude, it makes their work easier and help them in solving
every difficult task in best way. And every participant work actively and positively in every
meetings and projects.
Work with POSITIVE TEAM make every task memorable due to some of the following points:
* when every member works positively then they understand the goals very clearly and work
according to that.
* responsing to every task positively increase the courage of taking risk.
* everyone takes initiative to get the things done in their ways.
* doing every task in group makes communication easy among them, so that everyone listen
each other properly.
* everyone is focused on ultimate goal of the overall objective.
due to the above given points, every task of group work become memorable
THERE ARE SOME POINTS WHICH MAKES POSITIVE TEAM SUCCECCFUL IN EVERY
FIELD:
1. every member share their feeling openly, and this makes them confident in performace and it
ultimately led to success.
2. sharing knowledge among members make them more creative and successful.
3. they always look for more opportunites like what will be better for more success.
4. work in positive attitude is always result oriented because they look every situtaion in postive
attitude.
5. they always look for more improvement and their is always to learn more and more
