Behavior’.
• The term Trust Behavior may be described as character-in-
action.
• The person with a trust behavior acting always with honesty
and integrity.
• This includes keeping one’s word and commitments, staying
with a task, acting with integrity in every situation, making sure
that there is complete transparency in one’s actions and
interactions, etc
ABOUT TRUST
 It is also critical when dealing with small matters
as well as big matters. Trust is a fact like respect, it
cannot be commanded but must be earned.

 Lying is a way to maximize the short term gain.
Lying also the best way to maximize your gain if
everybody around you is expected to lie.
 however , honesty and reputation take time to
build but maximize the long term “hapiness”.
  Without trust and integrity, no work could be
accomplished.
  Example of demonstrate trust behavior is Narendrabhai modi.
  Our Prime minister elected by the people of Gujarat continue 3
times as a CM of Gujarat.
  The reason why he selected a times as a cm of Gujarat because
Narendrabhai modi shown a great responsibility with a loyalty and
trust.

He started his practice in Ahmedabad and soon he became aware of the local life,
activities and people's problems. He became an extremely popular person and he
got elected in the Municipal Corportaion in 1917. Around 1915, he came across
Mahatma Gandhi. The Swadeshi Movement was at its peak. Gandhiji gave a
lecture at a place in Ahmedabad where Patel heard him and was very impressed
and started actively participating in the freedom movement. The British
government's atrocities were increasing. The government declared to confiscate
all the lands of farmers. He forced the British government to amend the rules. He
brought together the farmers and encouraged them and hence got the title of
'Sardar' and thus became famous.
