Orient Insurance Company (Al-Futtaim Group)
1. HR Specialist March 2012 to Present
Work duties: Responsible for all human resource activities including Recruitment, Payroll, personnel, OD, compensations
&benefits, labor relations, applying policies and procedures, health& safety and training & development using Oracle
Financial system.
Training and development
- Responsible for Training and development.
- Work closely with senior management to identity, develop and implement training and development
programs in line with the business objectives.
- Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition,
absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.
- Record all training completed by employees in the HR database
- Surveyed the company's employees training needs assessment in coordination with every department's
manager' s
- Help in performing job description card, evaluation of employees, updating employee's grade system
