CAREER HISTORY
Orient Insurance Company (Al-Futtaim Group)
1. HR Specialist March 2012 to Present
Work duties: Responsible for all human resource activities including Recruitment, Payroll, personnel, OD, compensations
&benefits, labor relations, applying policies and procedures, health& safety and training & development using Oracle
Financial system.
Training and development
- Responsible for Training and development.
- Work closely with senior management to identity, develop and implement training and development
programs in line with the business objectives.
- Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition,
absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.
- Record all training completed by employees in the HR database
- Surveyed the company's employees training needs assessment in coordination with every department's
manager' s
- Help in performing job description card, evaluation of employees, updating employee's grade system
according to regulations of the company & filtering resumes
- Responsible for handling the evaluation process with PDR (Performance development review)
Recruitment
- Conducting initial interviews for junior and senior candidates and Prepares job offers
- Receive recruitment requests from all departments.
- Collect and Register interviews feedback in order to trace Candidates status and maintain recruitment
database.
- Follow up Hiring process for all new comers in order to prepare their joining announcement and send it
via E-Mail to the assigned parities.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment events and coordinate the efforts in order to maximize the
company Image.
- Offers for the accepted candidates and informing them with the job duties & responsibilities.
Training and development
- Responsible for Training and development.
- Preparing the job offers for the accepted candidates and informing them with the job duties
- Contributing generally in the HR process in order to achieve the hiring target
