Introduction
Dairy industry plays an important role in our life.
Most of our products are made up of milk. Pakistan is
third largest country in milk production. There are
many dairy products such as cheese, yoghurt, butter,
ice cream, baby cereals food and paneer. Dairy
processing plants are working on milk and making
many products like pasteurized milk, flavor milk, and
yoghurt etc.
Summary of business plan
I want to make a processing plant which will produce
processed milk which includes pasteurized milk. Its
investment is about 50 lack. A well organized land is
required. I have my own land and capita. My plant will be
able to produce pasteurized milk and it will be tetra pack.
Daily available amount of milk will be collected and
pasteurized. I ensure the best quality and best hygienic
condition. My plant will be early able to compete with the
existing plants. As I have my own dairy farm in future I
will supply milk to other plants where ice cream like
products are prepared.

gain position among the top 10 plants.
A good quality milk will provide good health and
nourishment.
Vision statement
The processed milk of my plant will provide one of
the best quality in industry. It will provide best quality
within a favorable range. My plant milk will be supplied
to other big industries for the production of other
dairy products. It will provide best quality and hygienic
milk.
Industry history
Pakistan dairy industry is plagued by a number of
problems which include lack of commercial dairy farm,
low productivity due to poor nutrition, a week
infrastructure, lack of financial resources and the ready
availability of raw milk to poor and uneducated people.
Although Pakistan was ranked fourth among the five
leading milk producing countries with an estimated 24
million animals having produced closely to 28 million
tons of milk in 2003 and over 31 million tons during
2005-06.
Business profile
Anmol, my processing plant will provide a new quality
in market in my area. As it is a new business, so I have
to work to make Anmol plant one of the quality brand.
Me and my Anmol plant team will make Anmol the
unique brand. In future Anmol plant will supply its
milk to other cities.

It will compete with the existing qualities in the market.
