Yogurt is a dairy product.
Yogurt is a fermented product having tart and acidic flavor.
It contains characteristics bacterial culture lactobacillus streptococcus and lactobacillus
thermophiles.

•ANMOL YOGURT will provide good quality and hygienic yogurt. I want to serve my
city with this quality yogurt and early I supply it to other cities.
•Daily 1,000 liters of milk will be collected from the dairy farm. The raw milk will be
collected and processed.
The investment for yogurt plant is about 50 lakh. After 3 years I will be able to
compete with the top yogurt industries.
The culture for yogurt are lactobacillus streptococcus and lactobacillus
thermophillus.
Cold storage is also available for the setting of yogurt.

In Pakistan yogurt was early prepared on domestic level.
But it can not be preserved for long time.
Yogurt was firstly prepared on industrial level in America than its recipe came to
Pakistan.
Now bacterial culture is added to the milk for the yogurt and then it is cooled in
cold storage.

quality brand within a few months. We ensure to provide hygienic and good quality
sugar. Soon, we supply our yogurt to other cities.
