ME, AS A MANAGER
 Objectives
New flavour products are developed to include improved
applications & system, are set at different prices depending on how
much capability the customer desires, and are sold in places where
other products are sold.
INCENTIVES
 As our product manufacturing price is 35 Rupees , we give the
product in Retail market in 45 Rupees and the customer buy it in 50
Rupees from the retail market.
 Profit rate is 15 Rupees per pack .
 Further our distributor detail and areas of selling are as on next
slide.
OUR FIELD PATTERN
 Distributors :
The product is distributed either direct or indirect ways. I directly supply ice cream to
restaurants and indirectly supply to coffees shops and ice-creamed parlors.

 Malls , Retail markets .
