Good Afternoon Mr Vandebeek, Miss van Dalfen and Mr Gilissen, my name is Cyril Leveque and in this presentation I will show you why we are a good fit for potentially working together,
I was born on a cold January morning of 1977, in france,
1999-2000 I was in Holland with my dutch wife and started my first job for QCE as a test specialist
2000-2003 After my studies I decided to do some humanitarian work and spent about 3 years traveling the world visiting orphanages, finding funding for renovations, sports equipment and mostly sponsors for the kids education.
2003-2010 I eventually found my way back to france where I founded transparence, a window cleaning company that eventually grew into office and homeowners cleaning, it was sold in 2010.
2011-2012 I then found my self in Luxembourg where I started work with Nettoservice as a district manager, I was responsible for 110 clients and around 150 cleaning ladies.
2013- now An opportunity opened up for me to be the technical director for a startup that had as goal of going from creation to a sell in just 4 years. I was responsible to organize the technical interventions for all of our clients and to train the sales department in the technical side of cryogenics.
Lets talk about a few success stories that involve me personally, In QCE I developed a quality control procedure, that maximize efficiency ( it brought our testing phase from 30 computers a day to 50 a day an almost 80% efficiency gain) while delivering reliable high end results, as this procedure did not cut any important steps to achieve a high end result, it was more based on saving time by having an organized layout of all the different pats of the pc to minimize the time it would take to hook the different pieces together, a bit of tinkering of the testing program that reduced the time, for example, that music was played form 12 sec to only 1 sec.
In Nettoservice, I was instrumental in coordinating the reduction of the supervisors’ workload to enable them to focus more on client service by converting a post that would start early in the day dedicated to receiving all sick calls and making a list of all available personnel that could be used to replace the absent employee.
In Cryo Tech I designed and devised the marketing structure for the sales program that included a technician (me) to accompany the sales personnel during the first meeting with clients, so as to be able to answer any technical questions and put the client at ease right away, this procedure gave us a 85% sale rate or 4 out of 5 meetings turned to a sale.
RELIABLE – FAST DELIVERIES – INTERNATIONAL – TECHNICAL ADVANCES – ECO – IDEA MANAGEMENT - DHL on top of my head brings up an idea of a company that is reliable and manages fast deliveries worldwide day in and day out. But there is also a few different aspect of the company that is also maybe not widely known but I find are just as important, for example you are very wide spread in over 220 countries, you are committed to find solutions for becoming responsible for the eco-environment, as such your research and development department has come to develop the best drone delivery system that I have seen so far. You also manage your employee’s ideas and research them to see if they are indeed a time saver and then implement them.
TEAM SPIRIT - My ideal working environment is one where there's a good sense of team spirit.
WORK ETHIC - A strong work ethic is obviously important but the human side is also important.
SENSE OF HUMOR - I enjoy working with people who have a decent sense of humor and who, while they might take their work very seriously, don't necessarily take themselves overly seriously!
DYNAMIC & PROGRESSIVE - I like people who are down to earth but who have a dynamic and progressive approach to their work.
CULTIVATE EMPLOYEE IDEA - When I was researching your company, your desire to cultivate each of your employees’ skills and ideas was very impressive to me. I find that I work best in an environment that is empowering and positive, no matter what the work is that I’m doing.
