operations, contract review, expense and project reporting, staff onboarding and management, corporate events, sales
and marketing optimization, statistical reporting, international shipping/follow up and internal and external

• Created and implemented processes and procedures which saved 6+ hours daily staff and Principal time, allowing
Principals more time to engage in billable activities and decreased overall overhead expenses business-wide.
• Took initiative to negotiate prices with suppliers, venues, vendors, partners and hotels across all departments which
decreased overall expenditures approximately 25 percent.
• Decreased marketing costs by 20 percent (over $2500 per month) by proactively locating and negotiating new

• Brought a number of maintenance services for the office in-house to save over $250/month: personally cleaned
the Baton Rouge office, and asked technicians when they did not have billable hours to do maintenance on the
