Overall Operation Management by Fostering economic development in Charsadda by providing vocational training to Afghan
Refugees and host community members. Facilitating trainees’ learning and progress by providing add-on numeracy and
literacy classes to illiterate beneficiaries. Increasing access to employment for trainees through provision of tool kits, cash
grants, enterprise development trainings, job placement and establishment of linkages with existing business enterprises and

Regional Program Manager – Shelter Homes GBV Program – Punjab (November 2013 to April 2015).

regional level aligned with MDM program strategy that includes Program support in 17 districts of Lahore region.
Providing Technical and legal support to Punjab Social Welfare department and Ministry of Women Development
through program implementation in Shelter Homes. Liaise and develop partnership among MDM, GLAs, CSOs, NGOs &
INGOs, Professionals and Philanthropists to raise awareness on GBV. People management in terms of networking the

Facilitating trainees’ learning and progress by providing add-on numeracy and literacy classes to illiterate beneficiaries.
