1. COVER LETTER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a natural gregarious person and through that I have understood life and society in different
facets. Adaptability comes to me naturally and I enjoy working in conditions of any type
whatsoever, normal or abnormal, favorable or hostile, soothing or agonizing. I am as comfortable
with poor and illiterate villagers as with sophisticated urbanites and enjoy communicating with
them. The foundation of all that was laid, albeit effortlessly, during my student life when I
enthusiastically and inquisitively participated in and organized debates, symposiums, workshops,
dramatic activities, etc and won laurels. Presently I am working with Gramodaya Samajik
Sansthan as Additional Director also second line in organization.
It is my pleasure to offer my candidature for the post of “Manager - Programs” in your esteemed
organization renowned all over the country. It was through Devnetjobsindia, I came to know
about the vacancy. Based on post description I find myself suitable for the position and applying
for the same.
How I innovatively understand development sector and why I find myself suitable for the

OBJECTIVE
With the dawn of the globalization, geographical boundaries have shrunk; there are opportunities
galore all around, unheard of and unseen earlier, avenues unthinkable before. With that have
unfolded wide and painful disparities between the haves and the have-nots. The change situation
has thrown up new challenges to tap the areas hitherto untapped all over the globe, especially to
those who are pleased to serve the world but as a family and wish to be among the
underprivileged to serve mankind and to whom social welfare is synonyms with their own
welfares. I wish to throw myself heart and soul into being such a person.
