    EXPERIENCE; 7:- Worked asChild Protection Officer/PTG Focal Person in “Provincial Commission for Child Welfare & Development” (PCCWD) Government of Balochistan at Naseerabad Division: From 1st February 2011 to 31st June 2011 Role/Responsibilities:  Review, assess and update the child protection situation in areas affected by flood, highlight child protection issues requiring a response & make recommendations through referral Process,Prepare documentation for the overall situation of child protection project. Hold planning and progress review meetings with government counterparts and other PTG cluster partners (NGOs) working in Nasirabad, Jaffarabad & Jhal Magsi districts, & chair the protection cluster fortnightly coordination meetings in above districts.  Worked as a head of Regional Transitional Child Protection Unit (RTCPU) Naseerabad Division  Supervising & mentoring & monitoring the activities of all Child Protection Assistants,admin finance & HR assistant, Psychologist,CP legal Officer.  2000 cases has been identified having different protection Issues  800 identified cases has been received by other UNICEF IPs  2727 cases have been referred to respective IPs & government departments  1500 minor 10 major cases have been facilitated & accommodated  Being focal person for protection Cluster of Naseerabad division, coordination, & sharing information, providing technical support with respect to difficulties/hurdles in the field area’s or by government line department with protection Cluster partners were lies in duties  Reporting to provincial protection cluster & coordination with donor EXPERIENCE; 8:- Worked as DRR- Coordinator in “TARAQEE Foundation” (www.taraqee.org) at Dist: Naseerabad Balochistan: From August 2010 to 31stJanuary 2011 Role/Responsibilities  Effective implementation of the CBDRR activities in coordination with FSL Coordinator;  Responsible for developing operational plans on weekly and monthly basis,reviewing activities periodically, to ensure that project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the Project Manager or Provincial Director.;  Share progress reports periodically, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information;  To work with Project Officers for the roll-out of agreed project activities in communities; Formation of Village committees  Identifying CB-DRR activities e.g. Early Warning, Hazard Mapping, for community members, and also engage children and youth in suitable engagement/participation sessions through meetings and sessions;  Support Project Officers and coordinate with mobilization team in facilitating the process of community mobilization and form Village Disaster Management Committee;  Supervise Capacity building programs at the community level for VDMCs and also cover Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability and Capacity assessment (HRVCA);  Support Project Officer to work with Village Disaster Management Committees to come up with Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) Plans;  To facilitate implementation of small level mitigation projects as identified in CBDM plans by VDMCs  Ensure that CB-DRR is implemented effectively in a good quality standards and ensuring consistency ofthe work in accordance to the programme goal and objectives;  Facilitate and organize field visits of various stakeholders at field sides for effective implementation and support to ensure sustainability;  Develop, maintain and improve work coordination and linkages with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies and DM Authorities), to ensure the successfulimplementation of the project activities;  Support the DC office in developing an annual work plan and budget for the DDMA..  Facilitate the DDMA in setting up district DRM coordination forum involving various departments, I/NGOs and other stakeholders.  Coordinate with FSL Coordinator for integrated implementation of project activities
