PERSONAL PROFILE
I am very hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn new things. I am a good
talker and a very good listener; I find it easy to get on with people from any backgrounds. I
have shown through working at Frankie & Benny’s that I work well in a team however I can
also work well on my own using my initiative.
SKILLS, QUAITIES AND EXPERIENCE
PEOPLE SKILLS
I have very good communication skills whether it be spoken or written, I am also a good
listener. I enjoy helping people and always try to put other people’s needs before my own.
Through my experience of being a host I have had to interact with people from many
different backgrounds and ages and did not find it difficult.
ADMINISTRATION SKILLS
I have good planning and recording skills and I am also committed to producing accurate
work to a high quality. I am also very organised which can be shown through my extended
diploma, which was all coursework based showing I can plan my time efficiently.
COMPUTER SKILLS
I was awarded a distinction * (98%) in an ECDL IT Application Skills Course which shows I
am perfectly capable with common Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel. I am also familiar with using till systems as this was essential during my time at
Frankie and Benny’s.

I always strive to produce the best possible work I can and can hit deadlines as shown by
my high grades through coursework subjects. I also work well in high pressure situations
which has be shown throughout my time at Frankie and Benny’s
CAREER SUMMARY
August 2017 - Present Frankie and Benny’s Door Host
Outline – Reporting to the restaurant manager, I am responsible for greeting guests and
taking them to their table, managing bookings, taking orders and running food and drink.
During my time here I also became familiar with the till system as this was used when
placing orders. I feel the skills and knowledge I gained from Frankie and Benny’s can be
transferred to an array of different problems that I may be faced with.
